Oh That Ahmadinejad ,he is such a joker !
It is not that he is saying that other countries are willing to sell Iran Uranium .
I'm Sure there are quite a few Countries that are willing to !
but the Statement of the U.S selling them the Uranium they desire ... Oh , If we wanted to.
I personally would love to give Iran the Uranium they Need ! Full weapons grade , Delivered airmail To Mahmoud's front door ! If you catch my drift !
( BUI Sarcasm )
....
TEHRAN (Reuters) - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Wednesday that some countries had offered to provide Iran with uranium enriched to 20 percent for use as nuclear reactor fuel, the official IRNA news agency reported.
Iran has always insisted on its right to carry out its own enrichment of uranium for a nuclear program which it says is for purely peaceful purposes, mainly to generate electricity. It rejects Western suspicions its real aim is to build an atomic bomb, which would require uranium enriched to around 90 percent.
"There have been some proposals by individual countries and groups of countries. We are ready to hold talks with anyone interested. Our experts will soon start talks with those sellers," Ahmadinejad said.
He said Iran could also buy nuclear fuel from the United States, its old enemy. "We want to buy fuel. We can buy it from anywhere and America can be a seller," ISNA news agency quoted him as saying.
Uranium enrichment is at the heart of a long standoff between Iran and the West, which took a new twist last month when Tehran disclosed the existence of a previously secret underground enrichment plant near the holy Shi'ite city of Qom.
Diplomats say it did so after learning Western intelligence services had discovered the site.
"Still, if you (NATO and U.S. troops) want to colonize the country of proud and pious Afghans under the baseless pretext of a war on terror, then you should know that our patience will only increase and that we are ready for a long war."
This is where I have a problem , Are the Taliban so F**king stupid that they think we want to colonize their shithole of a country ?
The whole thing is pretty simple , Give us what we want and we will go away !
We want Bin ladens , Monkey ass handed over ! we want Al Qaida Eradicated from the face of the earth !
Give us these simple little things and we are done !
Deny us , and we will outlast you in this fight , and we will continue to pick you jackass's off one by one with some awesome American made Hellfire Missiles !
....
KABUL (Reuters) - The Afghan Taliban pose no threat to the West but will continue their fight against occupying foreign forces, they said on Wednesday, the eighth anniversary of the U.S.-led invasion that removed them from power.
U.S.-led forces with the help of Afghan groups overthrew the Taliban government during a five week battle which started on October 7, 2001, after the militants refused to hand over al Qaeda leaders wanted by Washington for the September 11 attacks on America.
"We had and have no plan of harming countries of the world, including those in Europe ... our goal is the independence of the country and the building of an Islamic state," the Taliban said in a statement on the group's website www.shahamat.org.
"Still, if you (NATO and U.S. troops) want to colonize the country of proud and pious Afghans under the baseless pretext of a war on terror, then you should know that our patience will only increase and that we are ready for a long war."
U.S. President Barack Obama has said defeating the militants in Afghanistan and Pakistan is a top foreign policy priority and is evaluating whether to send thousands of extra troops to the country as requested by the commander of NATO and U.S. forces.

Hmmmm...I guess it might not be very long before India is dragged into a war against Pakistan. Defense News
NEW DELHI - The Indian Air Force has decided to station its upgraded MiG-29 aircraft close to the Pakistan border.
The first lot of the 62 upgraded Russian-built aircraft will be deployed at Adampur air base in the border state of Punjab, a Defence Ministry official said.
he first six MiG-29s will be delivered by mid-2010 following upgrades in Russia, with the remaining aircraft to follow by 2013, the official said.
Under an $850 million contract signed with Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG in early 2008, the 62 MiGs are being upgraded from aerial interceptor and air dominance aircraft to fighter-bombers capable of striking mobile and stationary targets on the ground and at sea, in all weather conditions, with high-precision weapons.
Well the ISI originally created the taliban in order to counter Indian influence in Afghanistan after the Soviet army left. I guess it's only natural that the ISI would direct the taliban to Kashmir to fight against India.
How long before India is dragged into the war against the taliban and ISI? Times of India
NEW DELHI: In a new shift in tactics, Pakistan is planning to push as many as 60 "surrendered" Taliban into Jammu and Kashmir to become part of
the "jihad" against India. The ISI is said to have offered the extremists the option of either going to jail or crossing the Line of Control. ( Watch Video )
The "jail or jihad" option offered to the Taliban seems a useful diversion for ISI. The Pakistan military establishment has had to fight the Taliban, once its close allies in Afghanistan, but is looking to turn the situation to its advantage.
Apprehensions in Indian security circles that the crackdown by the Pakistan army on Taliban — seen as a last resort after the jihadis turned their guns on the Pakistani state — could mean trouble in Kashmir are being proved correct. Not only have infiltration attempts by regular jihadi outfits like Lashkar-e-Taiba gone up, the presence of Taliban poses a new threat.

The Pakistani army claims they have killed the top Swat taliban commander. Lets hope it's true. AFP
PESHAWAR, Pakistan — Pakistan's army Wednesday said it had killed a top aide of fugitive Swat Taliban commander Maulana Fazlullah, as they continued their hunt for militant chieftains in the northwest valley.
Nisar, also known as Ghazi Baba, one of 15 Swat insurgents commanding a 10 million rupee (120,000 dollar) bounty offered by authorities in May, was killed in a clash just outside Swat's main town Mingora on Wednesday, the army said.
"Nisar, alias Ghazi Baba, was killed in an encounter. His son was arrested by the security forces," Mushtaq Khan, a spokesman for the army-run Swat Media Centre, told AFP by telephone.
Remember the nutjob mayor, Sallie Peake, of Wellford South Carolina who banned all police chases because of high insurance premiums? Well she rescinded the order, not because she realized it was insane but because someone asked her to. Current News

While the Director General of the IAEA, El Baradei, was in Tehran for talks with Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, he stated that "Israel is the number one threat to the Middle East given the nuclear arms it possesses,"

Unbelievable. Weekly Standard
The Obama administration has marked its first foray into the UN human rights establishment by backing calls for limits on freedom of expression. The newly-minted American policy was rolled out at the latest session of the UN Human Rights Council, which ended in Geneva on Friday. American diplomats were there for the first time as full Council members and intent on making friends.Read it all.
President Obama chose to join the Council despite the fact that the Organization of the Islamic Conference holds the balance of power and human rights abusers are among its lead actors, including China, Cuba, and Saudi Arabia. Islamic states quickly interpreted the president's penchant for "engagement" as meaning fundamental rights were now up for grabs. Few would have predicted, however, that the shift would begin with America's most treasured freedom.

A conservative Canadian MP, Rob Anders, has ticked off a muslim group after publishing a brochure which stated that it is "illegal to hold opinions that offend radical muslim activists". The Muslim Council of Calgary claim that Anders is spreading disinformation. Tell that to Ezra Levant and Mark Steyn. Canada.com
CALGARY — A political pamphlet from a Conservative MP that urges changes to federal human rights legislation has raised the ire of Calgary’s largest Muslim organization, which views the dispatch to residents as inflammatory and divisive.
David Liepert, spokesman for the Muslim Council of Calgary, contends Calgary West’s Rob Anders crossed the line and made inaccurate statements unfairly targeting the Muslim community in a pamphlet that arrived earlier this month at some homes in the riding. The longtime MP, however, disputes the contention that his pamphlet is inflammatory.
In an Anders’ communique, one of 10 different versions mailed out, he claims: “It is now illegal to hold opinions that offend radical Muslim activists,” and “under Section 13 of the so-called ‘human rights’ code, Canadians have been prosecuted for holding personal beliefs which offend radical Muslim imams and liberal activists.”

"After the Mohammad cartoons, one knows that one can't publish sentences or drawings that defame Islam without expecting a security risk,"
A German publisher canceled a murder mystery book about honor killing because it is seen as insulting the koran. The book's author, Gabrile Brinkmann, refused to remove the 'offending' passages.
BERLIN (Reuters) - A German publisher said Tuesday it had canceled the printing of a murder mystery about an honor killing because it contained passages insulting Islam and may have prompted Islamist retaliation.Indeed.
Droste publishers dropped the book by author Gabriele Brinkmann entitled "To Whom Honor is Due" after she refused to change several passages, including one where a fictional character is portrayed making abusive remarks about the Koran.[...]
The publisher's decision has prompted criticism that it is bowing to Islamist intimidation and curtailing freedom of speech. The firm has also received threats from far-right groups against its employees for being "friends of Islamists."
German newspapers ran headlines: "Publisher self censors" and "Fear of Islamist attacks."[...]
"What on earth is this all about, where are we here? We are in a free country," Brinkmann told German media.

I don't think the next world war will be entirely fought through cyberspace but it will definitely, if not already, be a major theater. Breitbart
The next world war could take place in cyberspace, the UN telecommunications agency chief warned Tuesday as experts called for action to stamp out cyber attacks.[...]
"Loss of vital networks would quickly cripple any nation, and none is immune to cyberattack," added the secretary-general of the International Telecommunications Union during the ITU's Telecom World 2009 fair in Geneva.[...]
US Secretary for Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said Thursday that she has received the green light to hire up to 1,000 cybersecurity experts to ramp up the United States' defenses against cyber threats.
South Korea has also announced plans to train 3,000 "cyber sheriffs" by next year to protect businesses after a spate of attacks on state and private websites.

The Finance Committee's top Republican, Chuck Grassley of Iowa, said in a statement: "These taxes will increase insurance premiums and health care costs for individuals and families."
At the same time, they also could mean more revenue to help pay for expanding coverage to the uninsured.
This is one of the biggest problems with the healthcare reform that is about to be forced down our throats !
Not only will the people that do work and support their Families , be slammed with higher taxes and insurance premiums , but our taxes will go to provide insurance coverage for those people who do not work and support their families !
....
Foxnews
On the tax issue, the Joint Committee on Taxation said in a memo prepared for Finance Committee Republicans that drug companies, medical device manufacturers and insurers would pay $121 billion over 10 years as a result of fees in the committee's bill. That compares with $92 billion originally calculated.
The tax experts said the reason for the change was that the companies wouldn't be able to deduct the fees.
The Finance Committee's top Republican, Chuck Grassley of Iowa, said in a statement: "These taxes will increase insurance premiums and health care costs for individuals and families."
At the same time, they also could mean more revenue to help pay for expanding coverage to the uninsured.
The industry fees are separate from a proposed new tax on high-value insurance plans that's also in the Finance Committee bill.
The committee, the last one in Congress yet to act on sweeping health care legislation, had planned a final vote for this week but has been waiting for a more complete set of calculations from the Congressional Budget Office.
Tuesday's tax report didn't shed light on the total cost of the bill, which stood at under $900 billion over 10 years going into a two-week drafting session that ended this past Friday. Dozens of amendments were added during the session, some making substantial changes, so senators want to see where that leaves the price tag of the bill before they go to a final vote.
That figure could be available as early as Wednesday, according to Finance Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont. Baucus has a 13-10 Democratic majority on the panel so the outcome is hardly in question, though the margin may be.
" What about people like me who have a decent job but still can not "Afford" Healthcare for my Family ? I guess I still get screwed , as long as some dead beat reject gets healthcare for free , I guess it will be O.K. !?!?!?"

KABUL (Reuters) - NATO forces said Tuesday they had killed more that 100 fighters in a huge weekend battle in eastern Afghanistan in which eight Americans died, the deadliest firefight for U.S. troops in more than a year.
The revised enemy death toll gives an idea of the scale of the battle, one of the biggest of the eight-year-old war, in which hundreds of fighters armed with machine guns, rifles and rocket-propelled grenades attempted to storm remote outposts.
"A more detailed battlefield assessment following the October 3 attack in Nuristan has determined that enemy forces suffered more than 100 dead during the well-coordinated defense, significantly higher losses than originally thought," NATO said in a statement.
The fighters launched their assault on two remote outposts in Nuristan province Saturday, triggering the 13-hour battle in a part of the country U.S. forces had already planned to abandon under a new strategy calling for a focus on population centres.

WTF ? Is this some actual common sense coming from a Muslim Cleric ?
FoxNews....
CAIRO — An Egyptian daily reports that the country's top Muslim cleric is planning to ban female students from wearing the face veil from schools run by al-Azhar, Sunni Islam's most prestigious institute of learning.
The independent daily Al-Masry Al-Youm said in a report Monday that Sheik Mohammed Sayyed Tantawi would soon order the ban implemented in all of al-Azhar's institutions.
A security official also said they had verbal orders to prevent students wearing the face-covering veil, known as the niqab, from entering al-Azhar schools, and dormitories of three Cairo universities for security reasons.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to discuss state policies.
Tantawi said the face veil is only a custom and not an Islamic precept.
Damn ! To bad , but it is still worth Knowing that the Taliban ,are having problems , really despise the predator drone Attacks !
Don't worry Hakeemullah , We have plenty of hellfire Missiles !
Dawn.com....
PESHAWAR: New Pakistani Taliban chief Hakeemullah Mehsud appeared in a video clip broadcast on local television on Monday, dispelling rumours of his death and vowing 'severe' new attacks.
Hakeemullah Mehsud claimed to have taken over the reins of the feared Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan in late August, after finally confirming that their chief Baitullah Mehsud was killed in a US missile strike that month.
But rumours since swirled that Hakeemullah Mehsud was also dead, with a senior US counter-terrorism official on Saturday saying they were looking into reports he was killed during infighting over the succession.
'I am alive and sitting in front of you. All the stories about my death were baseless. You can see me, that I am alive,' a healthy-looking Hakimullah Mehsud said in a video clip.
DawnNews TV and other private television stations, which showed the video, said the footage was recorded Sunday at an undisclosed location.
'We will take severe revenge for Baitullah Mehsud's killing and the continued drone strikes... both America and Pakistan will have to face the consequences,' said the warlord, believed to be aged about 30.
'We have respect for al Qaeda and the jihadist organisations -- we are with them,' he added.

The wave of killings has not slowed in Juárez, with more than 35 homicides in the first four days of October.
Victims include a 9-year-old girl, a female police officer and five men killed in a Saturday shooting at a gas station.
The girl, identified as Laisa Flores Carrillo, and 24-year-old Elvia Lopez were killed Thursday night when gunmen fired 31 rounds at a Dodge Ram 2500 in the Paseos de Zaragoza area in east Juárez, Chihuahua state police said.
A man, another woman and a boy were wounded in the shooting.
On Friday, Chihuahua state police crime scene investigator Claudia Elizabeth Valdez Reyes, 27, was shot and killed Friday on a sidewalk, officials said. She had started to work for the state police in January.
At about 1 p.m. Saturday, five men were killed at a gas station in colonia Altavista. One man was next to a red 2003 Hummer H2 while the other victims were shot to death in the station's restroom, police said.
Police said that only one victim, Javier Mercado Castañeda, 47, had been identified.
The number of murders is on pace with last month. September ended with an unofficially tally of at least 300 homicides. There were more than 300 homicides in August.

Seeing as the DoucheBag Suicide bomber Had to use the Bathroom ! I wonder where he had the Bomb Packed !
Telegraph.co.uk....
The suicide bomber, disguised as a soldier, was allowed to pass through security at the heavily-guarded United Nations World Food Programme building just as British ministers arrived in the Pakistani capital.
An Iraqi and four Pakistani workers were killed in the explosion and several more were injured.
The attack came as Alan Johnson, the British Home Secretary and Bob Ainsworth, the Defence Secretary, were in the city on a two-day visit to discuss terrorism.
The UN said it was temporarily closing all its offices in Pakistan after the noontime bombing, which blew out windows and left victims lying in pools of blood in the lobby of the three-story compound.
"This is a heinous crime committed against those who have been working tirelessly to assist the poor and vulnerable on the front lines of hunger and other human suffering in Pakistan," Ban Ki-moon, the UN secretary-general, said in Geneva.

Approximately 300 taliban terrorists stormed an isolated US outpost in the province of Nuristan and killed 8 US soldiers. The taliban attacked from a mosque and a nearby village.
This really pisses me off. At this point we should just make Afghanistan into the world's largest crater and be done with it once and for all. Times Online
Ten American troops were killed at the weekend in two surprise attacks that caused alarm in Nato’s US-led coalition.
In one, hundreds of insurgents attacked a pair of isolated outposts in eastern Afghanistan, killing eight US soldiers and several Afghan policemen in the deadliest battle in 15 months. Scores more Afghan policemen were reportedly captured by the Taleban.[...]
The two outposts on a hill in the remote and mountainous province of Nuristan, a Taleban and al-Qaeda stronghold on the lawless Pakistan border, were attacked before dawn on Saturday by around 300 insurgents from a mosque and a nearby village.
They stormed the Afghan police post at the foot of the hill then swept on to the Nato post further up. The attack was repelled with the help of US airpower but the ferocious battle lasted many hours.
Aside from the American and Afghan dead, Mohammad Farooq, Nuristan's deputy police chief, said that the fate of the rest of the 90-strong police force in Kamdesh district was unknown.
Zabihullah Mujahid, a Taleban spokesman, said that the insurgents included several suicide bombers and that they had captured 35 policemen whose fate would be decided by the movement’s provincial council. Sounds Nice ! But isn't this how the Current situation came about ?
You can not negotiate with the Taliban !
Dawn.com....
PESHAWAR: As security forces are all set to launch a major offensive in the tribal region of South Waziristan, Maulana Fazulur Rehman, the chief of his own faction of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam, has offered to ‘mediate’ between the government and militants to avert another crisis.
‘We are ready to negotiate between the government and insurgents in the NWFP and tribal area,’ Maulana Fazl told a conference of Ulema and Madressah teachers at the Arbab Niaz Cricket ground on Sunday.
He, however, said that if the government did not accept his offer it would mean that the army was working on the US agenda and the General Headquarters (GHQ) did not want a peaceful solution to the conflict. ‘We want to pull the nation, the government and the army out of the US pressure. Dialogue is the only way to end crisis and international pressure,’ he said.
The two-day conference on ‘Protection of mosques and seminaries’ which was attended by thousands of clerics, prayer leaders and teachers of Madaris in the NWFP and Fata. Parliamentarians and members of the NWFP Assembly belonging to the JUI-F also attended the conference.
The conference issued a declaration vowing to continue the peaceful struggle for enforcement of Islamic system in the country. The conference also called for adopting a middle path, instead of waging an armed struggle. For the first time burqa-clad women activists of the party were allowed to attend such a conference.

BEIJING (Reuters) - China pledged to strengthen bonds with isolated North Korea on Monday, calling their relationship a boon to peace, while reports of swoops on North Korean ships underscored strains behind a recent easing of tension.
The renewed courting between the two communist neighbors came in messages between Chinese President Hu Jintao and North Korea's top leader, Kim Jong-il, who on Sunday greeted Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao at the start of a visit intended to bolster bilateral relations.
The messages marked 60 years since the countries established formal ties on October 6, 1949, and made no mention of the North's nuclear weapons program, stressing instead their focus on shoring up sometimes tense ties.
"History demonstrates that developing China-North Korea relations is in keeping with the fundamental interests and shared wishes of both countries' people," said the congratulatory message from China, issued by the official Xinhua news agency. "It also benefits protecting regional peace and stability."
In a message to China, Kim Jong-il and other North Korean leaders said relations would "constantly consolidate and develop," Xinhua reported.

The auctioneer gazed out at the audience, knowing this was the moment they'd waited for. Next up, he said, was lot No. 23 -- a "wonderful, exceptional, 66-million-year-old Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton known as Samson."
He gestured to the ferocious-looking skull sitting on a stand to his left. "There she is," he said. The people who had gathered in the elegant gallery at the Venetian hotel gasped.
Samson is one of the three most complete T. rex specimens ever discovered, possessing the most intact skull in existence.
But auctions are unpredictable, and dinosaurs are expensive. So an ugly prospect hung in the air Saturday: Might Samson not sell?
On Friday, Thomas Lindgren, the curator in charge, and auctioneer Patrick Meade had talked about just that between meetings with prospective buyers. People from across the world had expressed interest in Samson, but nobody was committed to bidding.
"If I'd have had this T. rex two years ago, we would have set world records," Lindgren said wistfully. But, he said, the recession had caused everyone -- museums, schools and even eccentric collectors with deep pockets -- to scale back.

Libya's state prosecutor said in May that Libyan Ali Mohamed Abdelaziz al Fakhiri, also known as Ibn Sheikh al-Libi, committed suicide while serving a life jail sentence.
"A false confession was obtained from him through torture about a relationship between al Qaeda and Saddam Hussein," Zawahri said in a video posted on an Islamist website.
Fakhiri made up the story about a link between Saddam and al Qaeda to avoid torture while in the custody of a third country, according to a 2006 U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee report.
U.S. human rights groups have said he gave the account to interrogators in Egypt, where he was sent by the United States in January 2002. Fakhiri later recanted, the committee said.
He was sent secretly to Libya by the United States in 2006, and Zawahri said al Qaeda would punish the United States for handing him over to Tripoli.
"They (Americans) have handed him over to the agents of (Libyan leader Muammar) Gaddafi to continue torturing him and kill him."
Reports out of Pakistan suggest that the recently appointed taliban leader, Hakimullah Mehsud, may have been killed in inter taliban clashes.
Hope these reports are true. Ever since we killed the taliban's previous leader, Baitullah Mehsud, various taliban factions have been fighting amongst themselves for control of the terrorist group. If so, then the predator strike that killed Baitullah Mehsud is still paying dividends. AFP
WASHINGTON — Newly anointed Pakistani Taliban chief Hakimullah Mehsud may have been killed recently during clashes with a rival faction, a senior US counterterrorism official said Saturday.
"There's reason to believe that Hakimullah may have died recently -- perhaps as the result of factional in-fighting within the Pakistani Taliban," the official told AFP.[...]
Hakimullah, who is believed to be about 30, was tapped to lead the feared Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) after his predecessor, Baitullah Mehsud, was killed by a missile fired from a CIA-operated drone aircraft on August 5.
Hakimullah's brother, Kalimullah Mehsud, was also killed on Monday in a battle in the lawless insurgent stronghold of North Waziristan, which borders Afghanistan, Pakistani security officials said.

Is Iraq starting to take an interest in Taking back their Country from Militant Muslims , Like Al Qaida ?
....
BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi troops have arrested 140 suspected al Qaeda members and other Sunni Arab militants in the past four days in raids on the northern city of Mosul, security officials said on Saturday.
Mosul is the last urban stronghold of a largely Sunni Arab insurgency that comprises Islamist groups such as al Qaeda plus some members of Saddam Hussein's outlawed Baath party.
"This operation targets al-Qaeda and Baathists in the city ... and those collaborating with them," said Defense Ministry spokesman Major-General Mohammed al-Askari.
He added the number of Iraqi forces had been increased around the city to cordon off insurgent activity.
A local security official who declined to be identified said the crackdown, conducted by an elite Iraqi anti-terrorist unit from Baghdad, netted 140 suspected insurgents. A hundred of the detainees had been moved to jails in Baghdad, he said.
He said that 100 others were still wanted by authorities.
What a coincidence , On the day I visit the birthplace of the Atomic Bomb , A report comes out stating that Iran is damn near capable of producing an Atomic Bomb !
Two things - If this keeps Going , We Will See a nuclear bomb detonated again , Maybe on Israel ? Maybe elsewhere !
And do you think Obama is rethinking the agreement to reduce our Nuke Supply ?
....
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A confidential analysis by staff of the U.N. nuclear watchdog has concluded that Iran has acquired "sufficient information to be able to design and produce" an atom bomb, The New York Times reported on Saturday.
The Times report was posted on its website hours after Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, arrived in Tehran for talks on a timetable for inspectors to visit a newly disclosed unfinished nuclear enrichment plant.
Iran, which rejects Western charges that it is seeking to build nuclear weapons, held talks with six world powers in Geneva on Thursday. Western officials said that in the talks, Iran had agreed "in principle" to ship out most of its enriched uranium for reprocessing in Russia and France.
The analysis, according to the Times, says the IAEA "assesses that Iran has sufficient information to be able to design and produce a workable implosion nuclear device" based on highly enriched uranium.

The Monument in the middle , is actual Ground Zero
Didn't Hitler have some Jewish roots? Telegraph
A photograph of the Iranian president holding up his identity card during elections in March 2008 clearly shows his family has Jewish roots.
A close-up of the document reveals he was previously known as Sabourjian – a Jewish name meaning cloth weaver.
The short note scrawled on the card suggests his family changed its name to Ahmadinejad when they converted to embrace Islam after his birth.
The Sabourjians traditionally hail from Aradan, Mr Ahmadinejad's birthplace, and the name derives from "weaver of the Sabour", the name for the Jewish Tallit shawl in Persia. The name is even on the list of reserved names for Iranian Jews compiled by Iran's Ministry of the Interior.

The Americans were in the middle of sleep when an Afghan soldier on duty opened fire on them," Shahed said.
"We have no clue as to why he shot them."
No clues huh. Well I would think the religion of the Afghan should be a clue. Of course they don't specify that in any press release probably because the Afghan's religion is meaningless.
But if I had to guess I would say it's islam. Not that it has anything to do with the murder of two sleeping American soldiers.
Exit question. Why the hell is an Afghan soldier guarding Americans for? Reuters
KABUL (Reuters) - An Afghan soldier on guard at a joint base with U.S. troops shot dead two American servicemen and wounded two others as they slept, a provincial official said on Saturday.
Shahedullah Shahed, spokesman for the governor of Wardak province west of Kabul, said the shooting took place after a combined team of Afghan and U.S. forces had returned from a joint operation late on Friday.
"The Americans were in the middle of sleep when an Afghan soldier on duty opened fire on them," Shahed said.

Pakistan has demanded that the US provide Pakistani officials with information regarding the location of top taliban leaders. So that Pakistan can help the taliban flush out the spies hunt them down themselves.
Any information provided to the Pakistanis will undoubtedly be forwarded to the taliban via the ISI. It would be too time consuming to list all the post detailing the cooperation between the ISI and the taliban so I'll just give you a link to 'ISI taliban' search.
From Reuters
ISLAMABAD, Oct 1 (Reuters) - The United States should provide information about top militants in Pakistan, a government minister said on Thursday, as Washington stepped up pressure on Islamabad to go after Taliban leaders.
The United States, struggling to contain rising insurgent violence in Afghanistan, says top Islamist militants, including Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Mohammad Omar, are in Pakistan.
U.S. ally Pakistan rejects that.
"They have given only apprehension that some of the Taliban like Mullah Omar and all that, they might be in Quetta," Interior Minister Rehman Malik told reporters.[...]
"We categorically told them that they are not in Quetta, and if they have any real-time information, they should give it to us and we will take action," Malik said.

WASHINGTON — The Transportation Security Administration plans to install 150 security machines at airport checkpoints that enable screeners to see under passengers' clothes. What if the terrorist hid the explosives up his ass?
The installation will vastly expand the use of the controversial body scanners, which can reveal hidden bombs and knives. But the devices have been labeled as intrusive by some lawmakers. The House of Representatives in June overwhelmingly passed a measure that would restrict their use by the TSA to passengers flagged by other types of screening, such as metal detectors. The measure is pending in the Senate.[...]
Passengers may choose to avoid the scanners and be screened by a metal detector, but those who do will be pulled aside for a pat-down, Lee said.

Here we go again , Just like with Baitullah Meshuds demise , The denial factor is running very high with this missile strike .
This strike took place a week ago , and much like the One that took out Baitullah , this one also seems to be before a Pakistani offensive in the area Once again !
Foxnews....
ISLAMABAD — The Al Qaeda-linked leader of the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan is believed to have been killed by a U.S. missile strike in Pakistan's northwest, intelligence officials said Friday. The Taliban denied the claim.
Tahir Yuldash's death would be a significant blow to the militant groups that have wreaked havoc along the Afghan-Pakistan border and the latest victory for the covert American missile program.
Yuldash was wounded in an Aug. 27 missile strike in the South Waziristan tribal region and is believed to have died a few days later, said the four intelligence officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to the media.
Many Uzbek militants hide in Pakistan's tribal regions and are involved in militancy there and in Afghanistan. The Uzbeks are considered some of the fiercest insurgents.
The Pakistani officials said they had received the information about Yuldash's death from militant sources. However, Qari Hussain, a top militant among the Taliban ranks, called The Associated Press on Friday to insist that Yuldash was not dead.
"These reports are all fake," Hussain said from an undisclosed location. "He is alive."
Independent confirmation of Yuldash's death is nearly impossible to obtain. South Waziristan is a major Al Qaeda and Taliban stronghold in Pakistan's tribal belt, and access is severely restricted as well as dangerous.

We can only hope that Pakistan will be successful in this new "Mother of all battles " Anything that brings us dead Taliban , Is a good thing .
Dawn.com....
PESHAWAR: After fighting brief skirmishes against militants, the Pakistan Army plans to unfold in the next few days what military officials characterise as the mother of all battles in South Waziristan, senior military and security officials said on Thursday.
‘If we don’t take the battle to them, they will bring the battle to us,’ a senior military official said of the militants. ‘The epicentre of the behemoth called the Taliban lies in South Waziristan, and this is where we will be fighting the toughest of all battles.’
For three months, the military has been drawing up plans, holding in-depth deliberations and carrying out studies on past expeditions to make what seems to be the last grand stand against Pakistani Taliban in the Mehsud heartland a success.
‘We are ready. The environment is ready,’ the senior officer said. But military officials also admit Waziristan will not be an easy battle. ‘It will not be a walkover. This is going to be casualty-intensive hard fighting. The nation will have to bear the pain,’ said another officer.
Already this past summer, the military has lost more than three hundred of its soldiers in the Swat valley. One out of ten was officer — the highest soldier-to-officer casualty ratio in any war, skirmish or operation in the world, a spokesman for the military said.

Here's to Kurt " Tell it like it is " Wetergaard !
You the man Kurt !
Fox News....
Muslims need to develop a sense of humor and an appreciation of satire — and they need to understand that they are not "free of being mocked or being offended," says the Danish caricaturist whose cartoon depicting the Prophet Muhammad incited rage throughout the Muslim world four years ago.
Kurt Westergaard told roughly a dozen listeners Wednesday night that he will "always" be ready to defend an individual's right to religious freedom.
"As the Danish tradition is for satire, we say you can speak freely, you can vote, you can speak out anytime, but there's only one thing you can't do — you can't be free of being mocked or being offended," Westergaard said. "That's the conditions in Denmark and so many countries."
Westergaard spoke at a private residence in midtown Manhattan in conjunction with the Hudson New York Briefing Council. It was just his second appearance in the U.S. since the 2005 publication of his notorious cartoon, which depicted Muhammad wearing a turban resembling a lit bomb. In Islam, any depiction of Muhammad is forbidden and considered blasphemy.
Westergaard's controversial cartoon was one of 12 that appeared in the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten in September 2005 and led to widespread violent protests throughout the Middle East, Asia, Denmark and Africa .

Don't go messing around in Detroit , Especially in the churches , You just may get your ass Shot !
FoxNews....
DETROIT — The Rev. Lawrence Adams teaches his flock at the Westside Bible Church to turn the other cheek. Just in case, though, the 54-year-old retired police lieutenant also wears a handgun under his robe.
Adams is one of several Detroit clergymen who have taken to packing heat in the pulpit. They have committed their lives to a man who preached nonviolence and told followers to love their enemies. But they also say it's up to them to protect their parishioners in church.
"As a pastor, I'm referred to as a shepherd," Adams said. "Shepherds have the responsibility of watching over their flock. Do I want to hurt somebody? Absolutely not!"
Responding to a break-in at his church Sunday evening, Adams surprised a burglar carrying out a bag of loot and shot the man in the abdomen after the man swung the bag at him.
The burglar survived — for which Adams is grateful — but the reverend said he could have been hurt or killed if he had not been armed.
Detroit had the nation's highest homicide rate last year among cities of at least 500,000 residents. The city has been losing manufacturing jobs for decades, and these days about one in four working-age residents is without a job.
The northwest Detroit neighborhood surrounding Adams' church isn't one of the city's most dangerous. But there have been many recent reports of crimes in the area, including four burglaries, three auto thefts, one armed robbery and four assaults, including one with intent to murder.
"It's getting worse because of the economy," Adams said. "People are out of work and feel they have to provide for their families."
This is a little long , but worth reading , It shows how entrenched Acorn is in our political system , And how certain aspects (People) of our political system are willing to sell out America Just for A Buck here and there !

Patrick Gaspard, considered one of the most powerful figures in the Obama White House, is a "longtime ACORN operative" and former union official, according to a report posted Monday on the American Spectator's online blog.
Gaspard's name recently surfaced as the official President Obama dispatched to urge beleaguered New York Gov. David Paterson not to run for another term. Paterson insists he'll continue to run for governor even without Obama's support.
Gaspard has extensive ties to organized labor and community-organizing groups. One measure of his influence in the White House: He holds the same "political affairs director" title that belonged to Karl Rove during the Bush administration.
The Spectator's Matthew Vadum, a senior editor at the Capital Research Center think tank, reported that Gaspard was the New York political director for top ACORN official Bertha Lewis before 2003. Lewis is the CEO and "chief organizer" for ACORN, which is the subject of more than a dozen investigations for vote-registration fraud nationwide.
The House and Senate recently moved to cut off ACORN funding after a series of videos revealed the willingness of its staff to help establish a reputed child-prostitution ring based in San Salvador. Obama refused to support ending federal funding for ACORN, however, telling ABC: "It's not something I'm paying a lot of attention to."
Vadum cited the blog maintained by ACORN founder Wade Rathke, ChiefOrganizer.org, as his source for the Gaspard-ACORN link.
In May, Rathke described how officials of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) teamed up with HealthCare Reform Czar Nancy-Ann DeParle to pry big price concessions from private health firms.
Speaking of the advantage that comes from having powerful friends in high places, Rathke wrote: "Tell me that (Local) 1199’s former political director, Patrick Gaspard (who was ACORN New York’s political director before that) didn’t reach out from the White House and help make that happen, and I’ll tell you to take some remedial classes in 'politics 101.'"
The Spectator described Gaspard "ACORN's Man in the White House." It also reported that he was national field director in 2004 for American Coming Together (ACT), a get-out-the-vote organization.

China celebrated the 60th anniversary of communist rule with a display of it's military strength. Eight thousand marching soldiers, tanks, and Dongfeng 31 missiles were displayed in the parade. Washington Times
BEIJING (Reuters) - China celebrated its ascendance with a show of goose-stepping troops, gaudy floats and nuclear-capable missiles in the nation's capital on Thursday, 60 years after Mao Zedong proclaimed its embrace of communism.[...]
Troops marked the start of celebrations in the morning by firing cannons and raising the red national flag, watched by President Hu Jintao, standing in a slate grey traditional "Mao" suit on the "Gate of Heavenly Peace" over the Square.[...]
The soldiers goose-stepping past Tiananmen Square at exactly 116 steps a minute carried the message that this Party knows how to run a show -- and a huge, restive country.
MILITARY MUSCLE
The parade was also a chance for Beijing to flex its military muscle, with a flyover and show of weapons, including rows of what state TV said were Dongfeng 31 missiles, capable of carrying nuclear warheads over 10,000 km (5,400 miles).
He may have dodged being executed ,but this douchbag died in prison anyways !
it is a shame though , it would have been better if he knew he was being Killed himself( or beaten to death by some inmates ) , A tormented couple of minutes for him would still have been nothing like what he put Jessica Lunsford through before he Killed her !
Fox news....
A convicted sex offender awaiting execution for kidnapping, raping and burying 9-year-old Jessica Lunsford alive in 2005, died of natural causes Wednesday in Florida.
John Evander Couey, 51, had been ill for some time and died in a Jacksonville hospital where he had been since Aug. 12, said Department of Corrections spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger.
Plessinger declined to provide any specifics, citing a federal law protecting the privacy of hospital patients.
"It was not a surprise," she said.
Jessica's grandmother, Ruth Lunsford, 77, said in a telephone interview with the Associated Press that she couldn't feel bad about Couey's death.
"He murdered my granddaughter. He didn't show any mercy to my granddaughter," she said. "God took control of it. He took him out of this world. ... I'm not crying, honey. If my legs and feet would hold up, I'd go out and shout all over Citrus County
Nothing better than hearing about Islamic militants Killing each other !
....
MOGADISHU (Reuters) - Rival Islamist rebels battled in southern Somalia's Kismayu port Thursday, killing at least nine people and the fighting threatened to spread to other parts of the failed Horn of Africa state.
Witnesses said al Shabaab gunmen and their one-time allies from Hizbul Islam attacked each other at dawn. Hundreds of terrified civilians fled, while others cowered in their homes.
"The battle has started everywhere in the city. There are heavy exchanges of bullets and we can see militia taking part in the fighting," resident Deqo Ali told Reuters by telephone.
Abdi Hallane, another local man, said he could see the bodies of six dead gunmen lying outside his home. Abdullahi Ali, a nurse, said at least three other people had been killed.
"They are using heavy weapons everywhere," he said from the hospital, adding that at least 15 civilians were wounded.
The Kismayu confrontation had been brewing for days, and Hizbul Islam leaders had threatened to fight al Shabaab "everywhere" in Somalia if clashes began at the rebel-held port, which is a lucrative source of taxes and other income.
Security analysts say Somalia has become a safe haven for militants, including foreign jihadists, and Washington says al Shabaab is al Qaeda's proxy in the country.
Relations between al Shabaab and Hizbul Islam degenerated last week after al Shabaab named its own council to run Kismayu, excluding all Hizbul members. Until then, the two groups had run the port in an uneasy coalition.
