Palestinian Authority to Pay Millions to Terror Victims

The PA says that the ruling will lead to it's finicial ruin. It's already ruined finicially. It get most of it's money from US and EU aid. So really the US & EU would be paying the terror victims not the PA. Jerusalem Post

Jerusalem District Court Judge Aharon Farkash ruled on Monday that it was possible to implement a 2004 US court ruling, according to which the Palestinian Authority must pay compensations of more than $116 million to terror victims' families.

EU to Bail out Cash Strapped Palestinians

The 40 million euro ($59 million) injection of funds comes on top of the 256 million euros in budget support disbursed so far this year by the European Union.
