Syria bans face veils at universities
No matter how much Syria tries , They will still be looked upon as Terrorists .
But it is funny that a Muslim country along with a Cleric are banning Face veils .

Female students wearing a full face veil will be barred from Syrian university campuses, the country's minister of higher education has said.
Ghiyath Barakat was reported to have said that the practice ran counter to the academic values and traditions of Syrian universities.
His ruling, published on the All4Syria website, was said to be in response to requests from students and parents.
The issue of full face veils has caused controversy in other countries.
"This decision could be seen as a step by the government to enforce its secular identity."
In 2009, Egypt's then foremost Muslim cleric, Sheikh Mohammed Sayed Tantawi, barred female students from wearing the full-face veil at the al-Azhar University, Sunni Islam's centre of learning and scholarship.
He also upset other Muslim scholars by saying French Muslims should obey any law that France might enact banning the veil.

Niqab wearing woman ticketed for erratic driving
A French woman, wearing a full niqab, was pulled over by police for erratic driving.
Maybe that's why woman aren't allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia. ABC
French police have fined a woman driver for erratic driving caused by her Islamic headscarf, just weeks after a similar incident sparked a major political row.
Police in Vaucluse in southern France had not stopped the driver for wearing the niqab, a veil that leaves only the eyes exposed, but for "erratic" driving, commanding officer Charles Bourillon said.
Mr Bourillon says officers decided to check the vehicle after it showed erratic behaviour on the road and it was only when they signalled for the driver to stop that they saw she was wearing a niqab.
"[The headscarf] was bothering the driver in her manoeuvres ... It was obvious she could not see a thing," he said.

Report: Egypt's Top Muslim Cleric to Ban Female Face Veil
WTF ? Is this some actual common sense coming from a Muslim Cleric ?

CAIRO — An Egyptian daily reports that the country's top Muslim cleric is planning to ban female students from wearing the face veil from schools run by al-Azhar, Sunni Islam's most prestigious institute of learning.
The independent daily Al-Masry Al-Youm said in a report Monday that Sheik Mohammed Sayyed Tantawi would soon order the ban implemented in all of al-Azhar's institutions.
A security official also said they had verbal orders to prevent students wearing the face-covering veil, known as the niqab, from entering al-Azhar schools, and dormitories of three Cairo universities for security reasons.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to discuss state policies.
Tantawi said the face veil is only a custom and not an Islamic precept.
