The court does not have to !
it just has to make the decision , it is up to the islamic clones to do the rest !

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Chechen rebels called on Tuesday for prominent separatist leader Akhmed Zakayev to be killed, saying he had abandoned Islam by recognizing the legitimacy of the restive region's Kremlin-backed government.

Zakayev, who lives in London, represents the moderate wing of the separatist movement and has clashed with radical Islamist insurgents in Russia's southern republic of Chechnya.

Islamist rebel website www.kavkazcenter.com said Zakayav had recognized the authority of Ramzan Kadyrov, the Kremlin-backed leader of the region.

"Public remarks show that he (Zakayev) has fallen away from Islam," the website said, adding that Doku Umarov, Chechnya's most wanted separatist leader, was behind the order.

"The court has ruled that the killing of this apostate is a duty for Muslims." It did not say what court had issued the ruling.

CAIRO, EGYPT (BosNewsLife)-- A former Muslim who converted to Christianity in Egypt was in hiding Sunday, March 8, after Islamic lawyers demanded that he be executed on charges of "apostasy," Egyptian Christians and rights investigators monitoring the trial said.

Middle East Concern (MEC), an advocacy group with closely follows the case, told BosNewsLife that Maher Ahmad El-Mo’otahssem Bellah El-Gohary has been trying to obtain identification papers with Christianity designated as his religion, despite death threats.

"Maher is involved in a legal battle to officially change his religious registration from Islam
to Christianity so that both he and his daughter may be identified as Christians," MEC said.

However at a trial on February 22 some 20 Islamic lawyers strongly opposed that move, MEC and other sources said.

Egyptian law allows Muslim lawyers to become involved in a court case if they believe the outcome will run counter to Islamic law "harmful" to society. "These lawyers described Maher as an apostate from Islam and asked that he be sentenced to death," MEC said.

An Islamist militia has executed a Somali politician who they accused of changing his religion by working with non-Muslim Ethiopian forces.[...]

Sheikh Hassan Yakub - the spokesman for Kismayo's Islamist administration - told the BBC's Somali Service that Mr Ahmed had admitted during his interrogation that he worked with those backed by Ethiopia.

This, he said, was the basis for the court's opinion that he had changed his religion.

The relatives said they had asked the authorities to allow Mr Ahmed to go into exile.

But he was executed after afternoon prayers on Thursday.

Somali Christian shot at Muslim wedding

The victum, Ahmadey Osman Nur, attended a muslim wedding which was performed in Arabic. Nur had asked the sheikh to translate the ceremony to Somali. But the sheikh declared Nur to be an 'apostate' and placed him under guard. After the wedding the armed guard killed Nur.

Somalia (MNN) ― According to International Christian Concern, a 22-year-old Somali Christian, Ahmadey Osman Nur, was murdered last month during a wedding ceremony.

The Muslim wedding Nur was attending was performed in Arabic, the language of Islam. Even though most Somali Muslims don't speak Arabic, it is considered the "language Allah hears" and is therefore used in Muslim ceremonies.

Due to the lack of comprehension of the service by any of the guests, Nur asked that the contents of the wedding be translated into the Somali vernacular. The Sheik performing the ceremony was aware of Nur's conversion to Christianity, however, and took offense to the request. He declared him to be guilty of apostasy and asked a guard to "silence" him.

Nur was encouraged to leave the ceremony, and upon exiting, he was shot and killed by the armed guard.
