AT&T hackers funded terrorist group

Terrorists are everywhere, and the people that support them are always up to no good.

So is the new terrorist funding tactic going to be account skimming? taking our money a penny at a time from our bank accounts and sending those funds to terrorists, essentially having us unknowingly fund terrorist groups?

More reason to just annihilate radical Islamists wherever they stand.

TGdaily
Four people have been arrested in the Philippines for a scam which diverted almost $2 million from AT&T into the bank accounts of a Saudi terrorist group.

The hackers were arrested after a joint investigation by the FBI and the Philippines' Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).

CIDG director, police director Samuel D Pagdilao says that the four were arrested in Manila, and computer and telecommunication equipment was confiscated. They've been named as as Macnell Gracilla, 31, Francisco Manalac, 25, and his live-in partner Regina Balura, 21, and Paul Michael Kwan, 29.

Kwan was previously arrested in 2007 by Philippine authorities over the suspected financing of terrorist activities.

The FBI says it's uncovered a paper trail of bank transactions linking the hackers to the Saudi-based terrorist cell.

The group appears to be linked to Pakistani Jemaah Islamiyah member Muhammad Zamir, who was arrested in 2007 in in Italy. Zamir’s group is also believed to be the financial backer for the terrorist attack in Mubai, India in November 2008.

King Abdullah Gives Saudi Women Right to Vote for First Time

I can see a lot of people in the Muslim world being very upset with Saudi Arabia.
Giving women the right to vote? Whats wrong with them (Insert suicide bomber here)

Bloomberg
Saudi Arabia granted women the right to vote for the first time in its modern history as part of changes King Abdullah said will let them run in future municipal elections.

“We refuse to marginalize the role of women in Saudi society in every field of work,” Abdullah said yesterday on state television. “Women have the right to submit their candidacy for municipal council membership and have the right to take part in submitting candidates in accordance with Shariah.”

Saudi Arabia enforces gender restrictions interpreted from the Wahhabi version of Sunni Islam. Men and women are strictly segregated in public, including at schools, restaurants and lines at fast-food takeouts. That keeps women out of sales jobs in malls and stores, unless the outlet caters exclusively to a female clientele, and they are also barred from driving.

Iran Calls Saudi Troop Presence in Bahrain ‘Unacceptable’

“We expect their demands be fulfilled through correct means,”

Are they joking?

As Iran pulls out all the stops to beat their people down when they get upity, they are telling Saudi Arabia to cool it, the people have the right to protest and demand things?

What a bunch of Douchebags!

The New York Times
MANAMA, Bahrain — A day after Saudi Arabia’s military rolled into Bahrain, the Iranian government branded the move “unacceptable” on Tuesday, threatening to escalate a local political conflict into a regional showdown with Iran.

Protesters, some masked against tear gas, refused to leave Pearl Square on Monday after learning that Saudi troops were coming.

“The presence of foreign forces and interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs is unacceptable and will further complicate the issue,” Ramin Mehmanparast, the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman told a news conference in Tehran, according to state-run media.

Even as predominantly Shiite Muslim Iran pursues a determined crackdown against dissent at home, Tehran has supported the protests led by the Shiite majority in Bahrain.

“People have some legitimate demands and they are expressing them peacefully,” Mr. Memanparast said. “It should not be responded to violently.”

“We expect their demands be fulfilled through correct means,” Mr. Mehmanparast added. Iran’s response — while anticipated — showed the depth of rivalry across the Persian Gulf in a contest that has far-reaching consequences in many parts of the Middle East.

Saudi Citizen in Texas Charged in Suspected Bombing Plot

"After mastering the English language, learning how to build explosives and continuous planning to target the infidel Americans, it is time for jihad," the student wrote in his journal, according to court documents.

MOOOOVE along folks Nothing to see here, just another Muslim living in America learning everything they can at our schools only to turn that Knowledge into Terrorist Jihad Tactics to be used to kill us!

No reason to be alarmed, no reason to get the FBI involved, It is not what you think.

Foxnews
A college student from Saudi Arabia studying chemical engineering in Texas has been arrested by the FBI for allegedly planning a terrorist attack on U.S. targets using explosive chemicals.

Khalid Aldawsari, who is legally in the U.S. on a student visa, allegedly targeted the Dallas home of former President George W. Bush. He was arrested late Tuesday on a federal charge of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.

“Yesterday’s arrest demonstrates the need for and the importance of vigilance and the willingness of private individuals and companies to ask questions and contact the authorities when confronted with suspicious activities,” said James T. Jacks, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas.

Aldawsari, 20, entered the U.S. in October 2008 from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to study at Texas Tech University, then transferred earlier this year to nearby South Plains College.

Federal prosecutors say Aldawsari had been researching online how to construct an improvised explosive device using several chemicals as ingredients. Authorities say Aldawsari's diary indicated the young man had been plotting an attack for years and obtained a scholarship so he could come directly to the United State to carry out jihad.

Muslim Students in Britain Reportedly Taught to Chop Off Hands of Thieves, Hate Jews

More Religion of peace!
How nice!
O.K. class your homework is to write a report on the proper way to cut off the Infidels Hands, And draw pictures.
And for extra credits you may write an essay on why da jooos are apes and pigs!
(Sarc off)
(No I do not think da jooos are apes and pigs, read on)

Foxnews
Islamic schools across Britain are reportedly teaching their students how to cut off thieves’ hands and that Jews are plotting to take over the world.

One textbook given to 15-year-old students outlines physical punishments for violating Shariah law, according to BBC.

“For thieves their hands will be cut off for a first offence, and their foot for a subsequent offence,” the book says.

Diagrams are given to teenagers detailing where the amputations should be made, The Telegraph reports.

Investigative TV show “Panorama” on BBC One will reportedly present evidence Wednesday night that the textbooks were uncovered at a network of 40 private schools that teach a Saudi Arabian national curriculum.

Textbooks claiming Jews were transformed into pigs and apes have been distributed to up to 5,000 students at weekend schools across England, according to The Telegraph. Another book for 6-year-olds says that people who don’t believe in Islam will suffer “hellfire” in death.

Al Qaeda planned to kill Saudis with poisoned gifts

Al Qaida sure is not afraid to branch out in the assassination area of their network.
A new level for them I think,

Al Qaeda militants now in detention planned to kill Saudi government and security officials and media workers by sending poisoned gifts to their offices

"Using poisoned perfume which they planned to send as gifts is one of the ways the arrested people planned to carry out their assassinations,"

We (the U.S.) might want to kick it up a notch ourselves.

(Reuters) - Al Qaeda militants now in detention planned to kill Saudi government and security officials and media workers by sending poisoned gifts to their offices, an Interior Ministry official told Reuters on Saturday.

The group "planned to rob banks and companies to finance their operations," the official, who declined to be named, said.

Last month Saudi Arabia said it captured 149 al Qaeda militants in recent months who were raising money and recruiting members to carry out attacks inside the kingdom, targeting government facilities, security officials and the media.

"Using poisoned perfume which they planned to send as gifts is one of the ways the arrested people planned to carry out their assassinations," the Interior Ministry official said.

The militants, who revealed the information to Saudi security forces, belonged to 19 al Qaeda cells and included 124 Saudis and 25 foreigners. The groups had links to militants in Somalia and Yemen, the Interior Ministry said last month.

More than 2 million Muslim pilgrims begin haj

Well it is the start of the Hajj, The mass pilgrimage of Muslims heading to Mecca.
Following the Supposed footsteps of the one and only pedophile Prophet, Mohammed.
This is the greatest Goal (next to Martyrdom) of many Muslim's in the Religion of peace known as Islam.

How many will be killed this year in their journey to Mecca ?

2006= 345
2004= 251

Looking at this, it seems that it goes in a bit of a cycle, the past couple years excluding deaths from diseases it has not been as bad.

Maybe this year will be different.

(Reuters) - At least 2.5 million Muslims began the annual haj pilgrimage on Sunday, heading to an encampment near the holy city of Mecca to retrace the route taken by the Prophet Mohammad 14 centuries ago.

Traveling on foot, by public transport and in private cars, the pilgrims will stream through a mountain pass to a valley at Mina, some three km (two miles) outside Mecca. The path is the same as the Prophet himself took on his last pilgrimage.

The haj, one of the world's biggest displays of mass religious devotion lasts for five days. In the past it has been marred by fires, hotel collapses, police clashes with protesters and deadly stampedes.

Saudi Interior Minister Prince Nayef said on Wednesday the kingdom could not rule out an attack by Al Qaeda's regional wing, although the kingdom's forces were ready to combat any such operations.

U.S. joins Yemeni anti-terrorism units to hunt Saudi bomb maker

Maybe something is going on?

Good luck with this though, I think it will be very difficult to do anything in Yemen that will put Al Qaida or any of it's members in harms way !

But you have to start somewhere.

Xinhaunet.com
SANAA, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) -- A U.S. team of anti-terrorism experts joined Yemeni anti-terrorism units on Tuesday in a mission to hunt down the suspect behind sending two bomb shipments to the United States last week, a Yemeni official of anti-terror units told Xinhua.

The U.S. team arrived late Monday to help Yemeni counter- terrorism forces to capture the suspect of parcel bombs, who is believed to be a Saudi national bomb maker identified as Ibrahim al-Asiri.

"The mission was also designed to capture the U.S.-born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who was put on hit list by Washington and was trailed earlier Tuesday in absentia by a Yemeni security court in Sanaa for links to terrorist crimes," the official told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.

"The joint mission will be carried out in eastern and southern provinces of Marib and Shabwa, in which U.S. unmanned predators and agents with CIA in the U.S. Embassy in Sanaa will take part," he added.

Parcel bomb plotters 'used dry run', say US officials

Again why is not more being done ?

oh yeah it is election time , Politics come first !

BBC
A US official has told the BBC that suspect packages from Yemen were intercepted in September, in what may have been a dry run for last week's foiled parcel bomb plot.

The shipments from Yemen to Chicago are reported to have contained literature and other materials, but no explosives.

The idea was to test how long it would take for the packages to reach their destination, US officials suspect.

Last week, two parcel bombs were found on cargo planes in the UK and Dubai.

The parcels - with powerful PETN explosives hidden inside printer toner cartridges - were shipped from Yemen's capital Sanaa through UPS and another US cargo firm, FedEx.

Saudi Prince Backs Moving Planned NYC Mosque

Awesome, a few more of these guys and the Mosque will definitely be moved.

I like how the Saudi prince is a Mosque supporter, but has not offered up any cash.

Foxnews
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates-- A Saudi prince who has aided the imam spearheading a proposed Islamic center near New York's ground zero is appealing for another site not associated with the "wound" of the Sept. 11 attacks, a report said Thursday.

In interview excerpts published by the Dubai-based Arabian Business magazine, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal was quoted as saying that moving the planned mosque and other facilities would respect the memory of those killed in the 2001 attacks and allow American Muslims to choose a more suitable location.

The comments are reportedly the prince's first public views on the dispute, which has stirred street protests and fiery debates between religious and political leaders over America's freedom of worship versus the lingering anger over the 9/11 attacks.

Prince Alwaleed's Kingdom Foundation has contributed to the group run by New York's Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, but said he has given no funds to the planned center.

Ever step on a Nail ? How about Shooting one through your Hand with your own Framing nailer ?

Unfortunately I have , it is excruciatingly Painful , almost as Painful as Breaking your left hand Index finger in two places with one Misguided full swing of a 28 ounce framing hammer !

My point is , did this Woman not Know she had nails Pounded into her Body ?

Her family only realized what had happened to her when she complained of pain and they took her to see the doctor

Either way , so much for that Religion of Peace thing you know !

Islam is just The Religion of plain Evil .

(Reuters)

L.T. Ariyawathi, a 49-year old mother of three, returned on Friday after five months in Saudi Arabia.

Her family only realized what had happened to her when she complained of pain and they took her to see the doctor, Foreign Employment Bureau officials said.

"The landlord and the wife of the landlord hammered 24 nails into her when she complained of the heavy workload," Kalyana Priya Ramanayake, media secretary of the Foreign Employment Bureau, told Reuters.

Ariyawathi has been taken to hospital for surgery to remove the nails, which according to the maid were hammered in when they were hot.

X-rays showed one- to two-inch nails in her hands and legs, with one over her eyes, officials said.

Ape Fossil Changes Timeline of Human Evolution

I'm not going to touch this one !

Foxnews
Our lineage might have diverged from our monkey relatives later than previously thought, a new primate fossil from Saudi Arabia
now suggests.

One key step in understanding human evolution is pinning doing (DOWN?) when the hominoid lineage, which includes apes and humans, diverged from the Old World monkeys.

"If we can refine our understanding of the date of split between hominoids and Old World monkeys
and eventually get a better idea of what was happening with the ecology, climate and composition of co-occurring mammals at that time, we will learn about the conditions driving our own ultimate origins," researcher William Sanders, a paleontologist at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, told LiveScience.

Genetic analysis of humans, monkeys and other primates had placed the split at roughly 35 million to 30 million years ago, during the early Oligocene period. However, the fossil record from the mid-to-late Oligocene, some 30 million to 23 million years ago, had previously provided little evidence supporting the timing of the divergence.

Primate skull

Now researchers have revealed a partial skull roughly 29 million to 28 million years old of a previously unknown species of medium-sized primate that might have come on the scene just before our lineage split away from Old World monkeys.

When alive the primate likely resembled a New World monkey (a group that includes marmosets, tamarins, capuchins and other monkeys), sporting a tail and moving on all fours.

"It's not a monkey, it's not an ape — it's this intermediate, a precursor fossil for all apes and Old World monkeys," said researcher Iyad Zalmout, a paleontologist at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

25 Saudi Guantanamo prisoners return to militancy

Nice , let them go from club Gitmo and see what happens , but that is O.K. the whole thing was worth the effort , Saudi Arabia Says their Rehab program works ?

To me it is 25 more reasons to keep Gitmo Open !

(Reuters) - Around 25 former detainees from Guantanamo Bay camp returned to militancy after going through a rehabilitation program for al Qaeda members in Saudi Arabia, a Saudi security official said on Saturday.

The United States have sent back around 120 Saudis from the detention camp at the U.S. naval base in Cuba, set up after the U.S. launched a "war on terror" following the September 11 attacks by mostly Saudi suicide hijackers sent by al Qaeda.

Saudi Arabia, the world's top oil exporter, has put the returned prisoners along with other al Qaeda suspects through a rehabilitation program which includes religious re-education by clerics and financial help to start a new life.

The scheme, which some 300 extremists have attended, is part of anti-terrorism efforts after al Qaeda staged attacks inside the kingdom from 2003-06. These were halted after scores of suspects were arrested with the help of foreign experts.

Around 11 Saudis from Guantanamo have gone to Yemen, an operating base for al Qaeda, while others have been jailed again or killed after attending the program, said Abdulrahman al-Hadlaq, Director General of the General Administration for Intellectual Security overseeing the rehabilitation.

Muslims to Rebuild World Trade Center ?

WTF ? is going on in our country , Fox news puts out a report that Saudi Arabia And the United Arab Emirates are on the list of top Bidders to rebuild ground Zero !

Not Much is being said about this and hopefully it does not go unnoticed .

No Muslim involvement of any kind should be used to rebuild the World Trade Center (The Freedom Tower ) and there should be no Mosques built anywhere near Ground Zero !

Foxnews
Fox News reports exclusively that a company owned by the royal families of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates is bidding to help build One World Trade Center. The hijackers who pulled off the Sept. 11 attacks primarily came from these two countries, and each nation has been linked to Al Qaeda. Should this company be allowed to bid on the WTC project?
84% of 15,000 polled so far Say it is not a good idea

Here is a nice article last month on ONE of the Two Mosques planned for the area surrounding Ground Zero and the meaning behind the name Cordoba and what it stands for in the Muslim world And the United States.

From Memri

"In these days, the issue of the Muslim decision to build a mosque near the place where the crime of the cowardly September 11 terrorist attacks took place has come up. We must note that a hostile and provocative name [Cordoba] has been chosen for this mosque. It is well known that the first Cordoba Mosque was built by Muslims in a city in Spain, after they occupied this Christian country, killing its men and capturing its women to bring them to Arab countries as slaves and servants to serve their sexual pleasure. The Arabs and Muslims have never ceased to take pride and bask in the glory of this imperialist history, which they consider to be a symbol of their strength and power, and they are unashamed of the fact that the annals [of their history] are full of shameful crimes.

"Today, it seems as though some Muslims in America are enamored of the dream of bringing back this ugly imperialist Muslim history, which is based on occupying peaceful peoples, on trying to force them to change their religious beliefs by the sword, on killing the men, and on abducting the women from their homes and bringing them to their own countries. Choosing the name 'Cordoba House' for the mosque to be constructed in New York was not coincidental or random and innocent. It bears within it significance and dreams of expansion and invasion [into the territory] of the other, [while] striving to change his religion and to subjugate him…

Saudi Arabia Gives Israel Clear Skies to Attack Iranian Nuke Sites

so are we going to see an Airstrike in Iran like we saw in Syria

Foxnews
LONDON -- Saudi Arabia has conducted tests to stand down its air defenses to enable Israeli jets to make a bombing raid on Iran’s nuclear facilities, The Times of London reported Saturday.

In the week that the U.N. Security Council imposed a new round of sanctions on Tehran, defense sources in the Gulf say that Riyadh has agreed to allow Israel to use a narrow corridor of its airspace in the north of the country to shorten the distance for a bombing run on Iran. To ensure the Israeli bombers pass without hindrance, Riyadh has carried out tests to make certain its own jets are not scrambled and missile defense systems not activated. Once the Israelis are through, the kingdom’s air defenses will return to full alert.

“The Saudis have given their permission for the Israelis to pass over and they will look the other way,” said a U.S. defense source in the area. “They have already done tests to make sure their own jets aren’t scrambled and no one gets shot down. This has all been done with the agreement of the [U.S.] State Department.”

Sources in Saudi Arabia say it is common knowledge within defense circles in the kingdom that an arrangement is in place if Israel decides to launch the raid. Despite the tension between the two governments, they share a mutual loathing of the regime in Tehran and a common fear of Iran’s nuclear ambitions. “We all know this. We will let them [the Israelis] through and see nothing,” said one.

Saudi Woman Attacks Religious 'Virtue' Cop -- Report

This woman should be applauded ! But unfortunately she will probably be beaten in public , and imprisoned for a while !
But maybe she will be released on account of whooping ass on a morality cop ? NAH
It's Saudi Arabia , She will be beaten and sent to Prison !

Foxnews

It's hard work being a Saudi religious policeman. You never know when you're going to get whupped by an unmarried woman.

When a Saudi "virtue" cop approached a couple socializing at an amusement park in the city of Al-Mubarraz, he likely wasn't expecting what came next -- a beating from a young Saudi woman.

The religious police officer demanded that the couple provide identification and state their relationship to one another, according to the Saudi daily newspaper Okaz, the Jerusalem Post reported.

The young man collapsed during the questioning, but the woman reportedly became enraged and punched the officer repeatedly in the face, sending him to the hospital, the Post reported.

The Man Collapsed and the woman delivered a Beatdown ? WTF .

Saudi law prohibits women from socializing with unrelated men. The law also forbids them to drive, fly aircraft, inherit money or be seen in a public space without a male guardian.

Officers of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice are responsible for enforcing such laws but a wave of resistance in recent months has made the job difficult.

No statement on the incident has so far been made by the religious police or by the regular police, according to Okaz, the Post reported.

If the unidentified woman is charged she could face a long prison term, as well as body lashes.

Saudi Girl, 12, Wins Divorce From 80-Year-Old Husband

good for this girl , She has accomplished what many others have not been able to do , Divorce A Pedophile .

Will Saudi Arabia or any other muslim country change the practice of letting Pedophiles to Marry under aged girls ?
Probably not , it is ingrained in their brains that it is their right to marry young girls , Even if they have to Pay for it !

Foxnews
A 12-year-old Saudi girl has won a divorce from her 80-year-old husband in a case that may help to introduce a minimum age of marriage in the kingdom for the first time.

The girl’s unusual legal challenge to the arrangement generated international media attention and scrutiny of Saudi Arabia’s record of child marriages. It also prompted the state-run Human Rights Commission to appoint a lawyer to represent her. The commission has capitalized on the case and pushed for a legal minimum age for marriage of at least 16.

“The main aim is to not allow cases like this to happen again,” said Alanoud al-Hejailan, a lawyer for the commission. “There will be some opposition, of course, but we feel that public opinion has changed on this issue.”

Since the girl’s case became public, judges and clerics in Saudi Arabia have waded into the debate about whether child marriages should be banned. The Prophet Muhammad’s marriage to a 9-year-old girl has been used as justification for the practice in some quarters.

In January, however, Sheikh Abdullah al-Manie, a senior Saudi cleric, spoke out in defense of the girl, declaring that the Prophet’s marriage 14 centuries ago could not be used to justify child brides today.

The 12-year-old has been fighting her case through the courts in the conservative town of Buraidah, near Riyadh, the capital. She was married against her wishes to her father’s elderly cousin last year. A dowry of 85,000 riyals (about $23,000) was paid and the marriage consummated.

She has now reached agreement with her family that a divorce will be settled privately, and has dropped her legal challenge to the marriage.

113-Strong Saudi Al Qaeda Cell Reportedly Dismantled

Excellent news , Saudi Arabia Kicks ass on this one .

Maybe they will keep them in prison ?

Foxnews
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – Saudi Arabia has arrested 113 suspected Al Qaeda members accused of planning attacks on oil facilities inside the kingdom, the Interior Ministry said Wednesday.

Many of those arrested had come to Saudi Arabia on visas to visit holy sites or by sneaking across its borders, but wanted to join and organize attacks with Al Qaeda.

Saudi Arabia has aggressively pursued militants since a series of attacks inside the country that began in May 2003. The country is the birthplace of Al Qaeda leader Usama bin Laden and home to 15 of the 19 Sept. 11 hijackers.

The arrests were the first to be announced since August, when Saudi authorities said they had rounded up 44 Al Qaeda-linked militants in a yearlong sweep.

The ministry statement said the arrests were carried out over a period of five months. Those detained included 47 Saudis, 51 Yemenis, a Somali, an Eritrean and a Bangladeshi, the announcement said.

Separately, authorities arrested 12 people from two Al Qaeda cells originating across the border in Yemen, where a local branch of the terrorist network has established a significant base of operations over the past year. Those two cells were also in the preliminary stages of planning attacks on oil facilities, the statement said.
