An Iranian judge has sentenced a man convicted of robbing a confectionery shop to have one of his hands cut off, Iranian media report.
The judge also sentenced the man to one year in prison.
Police arrested the man in May after finding $900 (£560), three pairs of gloves and a large amount of chocolate in his car, Fars news agency said.
Under Iran's Islamic law, amputations are usually reserved for habitual thieves.
Last week, authorities cut off the hand of a man convicted of two robberies in the north-eastern city of Mashhad.

Somali rebels amputate hands and feet in Kismayu
Being that it is part of the culture , to amputate limbs for certain crimes , I can't say I feel for these three (To Much !)
But it is just the shear brutality of the Muslim Culture that is shocking !
Without trial and without real evidence they can just lop off your hands or feet , At somebodys word !
Why anyone can even pretend to defend this brutal "Religion" or even shy away from speaking out against it , is simply beyond me !

NAIROBI (Reuters) - Somalia's hardline al Shabaab insurgents amputated a foot and a hand each from two young men accused of being robbers in southern Kismayu port on Friday.
A third local man who was sentenced to suffer the same punishment had only his foot cut off after the rebels realized one of his hands was disabled.
" What compassion !"
Al Shabaab, which Washington says is al Qaeda's proxy in the failed Horn of Africa state, has imposed its strict version of Islamic law on much of the south and parts of Mogadishu.
On Friday, thousands of Kismayu residents gathered in a central square to watch the latest amputations.
"It was shocking. No one could endure such a sight. They were bleeding heavily when they were carried away," local woman Asha Bulle told Reuters by telephone from the scene.
