But I thought that if I were to trespass on someones property it is Illegal for me to do so and if I cause any problems while doing so I can go to Jail!
So Illegal immigrants can trespass into the United States, mooch our welfare system,health care system and what ever else they can they litter our border areas ( which is illegal) they basically cause serious problems in a lot of areas.
Of course not all of them are bad but, they all have done one thing illegal, TRESPASS into the United States.
For this alone they should be booted back across the border, no questions asked just go back to where you came from and fill out the paper work like everyone else.

Republicans accused the Obama administration of instituting "backdoor amnesty" after officials announced they would launch a case-by-case review of illegal immigrants slated for deportation in an effort to thin the list and focus resources on kicking out criminals.
The move would likely grant a reprieve to many would-be DREAM Act beneficiaries and thousands of others. The DREAM Act is a proposal in Congress to give illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children a chance at legal status if they complete two years of college or military service. Though the bill has not passed, Thursday's announcement could serve to carry out its provisions.
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, one of the president's toughest critics on border policy, said the move amounts to the administration implementing an immigration overhaul "via executive fiat."
"This plan amounts to backdoor amnesty for hundreds of thousands -- if not millions -- of illegal aliens," the Republican governor said in a written statement. "We need to remind President Obama that we elected a president that serves beneath the law and did not anoint a king that is above the law."
Texas Republican Rep. Michael McCaul said the plan circumvents Congress.
"It is just the latest attempt by this president to bypass the intended legislative process when he does not get his way," McCaul said.

Hezbollah Working with Cartels
"Mexico knows the seriousness of a cartel connection with Hezbollah and the threat to their national security."
One more reason to secure the border, but we need to get the Obama administration to admit to the problem.

My military and Department of Homeland Security contacts are insistent...it's not if Hezbollah operatives have been smuggled into the U.S....but how many? They note that drug tunnels are becoming much more sophisticated and striking similar as tunnels being used by terror organizations to smuggle weapons into the Gaza Strip. My contacts also say they have real concern that bombing techniques used in the Middle East to promote terror are now also being used inside Mexico, as the cartels war with each other and anyone in their way.
This comes as Mexican authorities busted a senior Hezbollah operative who employed Mexicans nationals with family ties to Lebanon to set up the network, designed to target Israel and the West, according to multiple reports. The man's name is Jameel Nasr and he was arrested after a Mexican surveillance operation revealed that he traveled frequently to Lebanon to receive information and instructions from Hezbollah commanders and he also spent several months in Venezuela working with the terror group and Hugo Chavez's people. American security contacts say the Mexican operation was impressive and they are seeing some increased pressure on the cartels from Mexican authorities and thus...their friends.
Meantime, over this past weekend President Calderon of Mexico sent a significant number of troops to the border regions and while they are there to help battle the cartels, they have also been sent to deal with the growing connection to Hezbollah. The 108-page Quadrennial Homeland Security Review, made public last week by the Department of Homeland Security, uses the term "terrorist" a total of 66 times, "al Qaeda" five times and "violent extremism" or "extremist" 14 times. It calls on the U.S. government to "actively engage communities across the United States" to "stop the spread of violent extremism."
Yet in describing terrorist threats against the United States and the ideology that motivates terrorists, the review - like its sister document from the Pentagon, the Quadrennial Defense Review - does not use the words "Islam," "Islamic" or "Islamist" a single time. [...]
"There was not an active choice" to avoid using terms derivative of Islam, Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Policy David Heyman told reporters on a conference call. President Obama had "made it clear as we are looking at counterterrorism that our principal focus is al Qaeda and global violent extremism, and that is the terminology and language that has been articulated" by Mr. Obama and his advisers, Mr. Heyman added. (CNSNews.com) – The Homeland Security Department’s National Operations Center (NOC) is “unable” to do its job of ensuring coordination among the 22 federal agencies that make up the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and focuses too much on disaster management rather than terrorism prevention, according to its own inspector general.
The National Operations Center, in fact, functions largely in name only, and current operations apparently have diminished its ability to respond to terrorist threats.

President Obama "is legitimately and correctly alarmed that things that were available, bits of information that were available, patterns of behavior that were available, were not acted on," Jones said in an interview Wednesday with USA TODAY.
"That's two strikes," Obama's top White House aide on defense and foreign policy issues said, referring to the foiled bombing of the Detroit-bound airliner and the shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, in November. Jones said Obama "certainly doesn't want that third strike, and neither does anybody else."
The White House plans to release an unclassified report Thursday on what went wrong in the incident involving a 23-year-old Nigerian man who tried to blow up a Northwest Airlines flight.
In Detroit Wednesday, the suspect, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, was indicted on charges that include attempted murder and trying to use a weapon of mass destruction to kill nearly 300 people. Abdulmutallab, who faces life in prison if convicted, is to appear for the first time in federal court Friday.

In a blunt statement, Mr Obama said he wanted to know why a warning weeks ago from Mr Abdulmutallab's father did not lead to the accused being placed on a no-fly list.
"We need to learn from this episode and act quickly to fix flaws in the system," Mr Obama said.
"When our government has information on a known extremist and that information is not shared and acted upon as it should have been, so that this extremist boards a plane with dangerous explosives that could have cost nearly 300 lives, a systemic failure has occurred.
"And I consider that totally unacceptable."
Meanwhile, unnamed officials told the New York Times that Washington had intelligence from Yemen before Friday that a branch of al-Qaeda was discussing "a Nigerian" being prepared for an attack.
The intelligence did not include a name, although officials said it would have become clear had it been linked to information about Mr Abdulmutallab, the New York Times reported.
CIA spokesman George Little said the agency had become aware of Mr Abdulmutallab in November when his father visited the US embassy to seek help in finding him.
He said the agency had ensured the Nigerian's name was added to the government's terrorist database, and was forwarded to the National Counterterrorism Center.

CIA, USAF duped by con artist in al Jazeera TV scam?
A con artist convinced the CIA and other US agencies in 2003 that he could decode secret messages sent by al-Qaeda through al-Jazeera broadcasts, Playboy magazine reports.
Duped by claims that "barcodes" on al-Jazeera television contained targeting information for al-Qaeda attacks, former president George W Bush's administration raised the terror alert and cancelled several transatlantic flights in December 2003, the report says, citing former CIA officials.
The swindler at the centre of the scam was Dennis Montgomery, head of a small software company in Reno, Nevada. He persuaded the Central Intelligence Agency and the Department of Homeland Security his technology could decipher messages with flight numbers and longitudes and latitudes meant for al-Qaeda operatives.
With assistance from French intelligence, CIA officials eventually concluded there were no secret messages in al-Jazeera television broadcasts, the report, published in the magazine's latest edition, says. "A branch of the French intelligence services helped convince the Americans that the bar codes were fake," it said on Monday.
CIA and French officials asked another technology company to find or recreate codes from al-Jazeera transmissions and "found definitively that what Montgomery claimed was there was not", it said. But even after the CIA stopped cooperating with Montgomery, he succeeded in convincing other government agencies he had valuable code-breaking technology.
In January this year, he signed a $US3-million (about $A3.4 million) research contract with the US Air Force, Playboy said. "We were testing some of the software. We were just looking at it to see if there was anything there," Joseph Liberatore, an Air Force program manager, told the magazine.
Montgomery has faced a number of lawsuits and last year was charged with bouncing nine checks worth a total of $US1 million in Las Vegas.

The Department of Homeland Security on Thursday released new directives covering border searches of electronic devices and media, but the government's rules leave open the question of whether individuals can be compelled to provide passwords and encryption keys.
DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano in a statement characterized the rules as an attempt to balance the investigatory requirements for fighting crime and terrorism with privacy and civil liberties.
In February, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to reconsider an appeals court ruling that laptops are like suitcases and can be searched at borders without reasonable suspicion.
Laptop searches remain an unusual event for travelers entering the country. More than 221 million travelers passed through U.S. ports of entry between Oct. 1, 2008, and Aug. 11, 2009, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). These entries resulted in about 1,000 laptop searches, only 46 of which were in-depth.
Nevertheless, the DHS policy of treating laptops and electronic devices as the equivalent of suitcases and backpacks in terms of border searches has alarmed business travel and privacy groups.
About two weeks ago, Nate Cardozo, open government legal fellow at the EFF, asked CPB through its online comment system, "If a CBP agent requests my password or encryption key and I refuse to provide it, will I be denied entry, will my laptop be seized, neither or both?"

The outcomes you listed are possible, although a US citizen would not normally be denied entry. Canada chides U.S. for remarks on 9/11 plotters
OTTAWA (Reuters) - The Canadian government moved on Tuesday to correct U.S. homeland security chief Janet Napolitano after she wrongly said some of the perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks had crossed into the United States from Canada.
Public Safety Minister Peter Van Loan -- who met with Napolitano in March -- said his aides had contacted her office on Tuesday after she made the remarks to the Canadian Broadcasting Corp.
"She was well aware at that time (in March) and understood clearly that none of the 9/11 terrorists came across the Canadian border into the United States ... We confirmed with her office this morning that she continues to be well aware of that," Van Loan told reporters.
Napolitano raised concerns in Canada with remarks indicating she wants to clamp down on border security, which businesses fear could throttle vital trade flows.
She told the CBC on Monday that "to the extent that terrorists have come into our country or suspected or known terrorists have entered our country across a border, it's been across the Canadian border".
Asked if she was referring to the 9/11 plotters, she replied: "Not just those but others as well."
Van Loan said Napolitano had been speaking about Algerian-born Ahmed Ressam, who was arrested in December 1999 as he crossed into the United States from Canada with a car carrying explosives.
Ressam was sentenced to 22 years in jail in July 2005 for plotting to set off a bomb at Los Angeles airport on December 31, 1999.
