Another Mohammed cartoonist receives death threats from the Religion of Holding a Grudge.

From JihadWatch:

Hot on the heels of the axe attack on Motoonist Kurt Westergaard comes this. The Islamic supremacists are clearly feeling free to act as they wish to in Europe. "Somali threats against Swedish illustrator," from The Local, January 4 (thanks to C. Cantoni):

Swedish artist Lars Vilks, who sparked outrage with caricatures of the Muslim prophet Muhammad as a dog, has received threats via telephone from Somalia.

Police in Helsingborg in southern Sweden are taking seriously the threats made against Vilks, which come just three days after Danish cartoonist Kurt Westergaard was subjected to an axe attack at his home in Denmark.

The first of two phone calls to Vilks came on Monday morning. A subsequent check by the Swedish artist revealed that the call originated in Somalia, where the Islamic militant group al-Shabaab has gained increasing influence in the war torn country. Al-Shabaab is also believed to have ties to al-Qaeda.

In the last month, al-Shabaab supporters who reportedly used to live in Denmark have killed at least 22 people, including three ministers, in a suicide bomb attack carried out in the Somali capital of Mogadishu.

According to Vilks, the man who threatened him spoke Swedish.

"The man, who spoke accented Swedish, asked me if I knew about what happened in Denmark and to the artist Kurt Westergaard. I said I certainly did," Vilks told the Helsingborgs Dagblad newspaper.

"The man then explained that they were out after more and that they would soon come for me. I told them they were welcome," said Vilks....

Mr. Spencer goes on to say:

Bravo.

No one in the West should allow themselves to be intimidated. I have received so many death threats I have lost count of how many there have been. But I don't care. They can kill me, but I was going to die anyway. They can't make me bow.

To which I can only add:

But they can kiss my lily white behind.

Mohammed as a dog

Allah woofbar

Danish Prostitutes Offer Free Sex to Climate Conference Delegates

Not a damn thing will be Accomplished at the Climate Change conference at all !

....FoxNews
Things are getting hot and heavy in Copenhagen ahead of the city's massive climate change conference.

The city's mayor warned hotels against patronizing Danish prostitutes during the upcoming U.N. summit — but the Copenhagen hookers are reportedly striking back by offering free sex to anyone who ignores the warnings.

Mayor Ritt Bjerregaard sent postcards to 160 Copenhagen hotels, urging guests and delegates to refrain from buying sex, Spiegel Online reported.

The city's prostitutes have retaliated by offering free sex to anyone who brings one of the cards to an assignation.

The response is being organized by the Sex Workers Interest Group (SIO), which says the mayor's move is "sheer discrimination."

"Ritt Bjerregaard is abusing her position as Lord Mayor in using her power to prevent us carrying out our perfectly legal job," SIO Spokeswoman Susanne Moller told the Danish Web site Avisen.dk. "I don't understand how she can be allowed to contact people in this way," .

Muhammad cartoons editor: There's a problem with Muslims in Europe

Muslim immigration to Europe and the fact that there are Muslims who don't want to be integrated… There's a problem with Muslims in Europe and it must be dealt with – but limiting freedom of expression is not the solution.

Indeed. Ynet News

When asked why he decided to publish the cartoons, Rose said, "Not to insult the Muslims. It was in response to the spreading self censorship with regards to Islam. It started with a discussion on a children's books about Muhammad, whose author could not find an illustrator for it. One person was willing to do the drawings, but demand to remain anonymous, and later admitted this was out of fear of the Muslims' reactions. [...]

When asked if he had anticipated the Muslim world's reaction, Rose said, "No one expected this." He pointed out that cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad had been published in the past in Danish newspapers, and he was even depicted as mentally ill in one of them, that did not lead to protests.[...]

When asked why he thought Muslims reacted so harshly this time, Rose said, "According to Lewis, this is the first time Muslims try to impose Islamic law on non-Muslim countries."

Former Mossad Director Efraim Halevy, who heads the Hebrew University's Shasha Center for Strategic Studies and will host the open discussion to which Rose was invited on Wednesday, said, "They were actually trying to politicize a religious issue."

According to Rose, the riots that broke out following the publications stemmed from "Muslim immigration to Europe and the fact that there are Muslims who don't want to be integrated… There's a problem with Muslims in Europe and it must be dealt with – but limiting freedom of expression is not the solution.

Danish Navy Rescues Suspected Somali Pirates Adrift at Sea

A Danish warship responded to the distress calls of Somali pirates. The Danish sailors took the pirates onboard the HDMS Absalon, confiscated their AKs, and RPGs and sank their speed boat. However, the Danes cannot arrest the pirates because they were not caught in the act of piracy. Lieutenant Commander Jesper Lynge, a Danish Navy spokesman stated he did not know what the pirates were doing in the water. I'd say they were fishing with their AKs and rocket propelled grenades. Fox News

A Danish warship patrolling the Gulf of Aden to guard against piracy actually ended up rescuing seven suspected Somali pirates who were adrift with a broken motor on their boat, the International Herald Tribune quoted the Danish Navy Friday.

The Danish sailors sank the pirates' speedboat after bringing them aboard their own ship. The combat support vessel called the HDMS Absalon picked up the hungry, thirsty Somalis about 90 miles off the coast of Yemen after their distress signal was spotted, the Tribune reported.

The sailors confiscated rocket-propelled grenades and AK-47 assault rifles found on board but were unable to arrest the men because they were not caught in the act of piracy.

"We had a situation where these guys were shipwrecked persons," Lieutenant Commander Jesper Lynge, a Danish Navy spokesman, told the Tribune. "But we haven't caught them in an act of piracy, and what their main purpose was — your guess is as good as mine."

The Danish crew handed the Somalis over early Friday to the Yemen coast guard.
