And he says he's forming a new group: Democracy is Dead.

What a dipwad this guy Choudary is. His group Islam4UK has just been banned, his website has been taken down, he bites the hand that feeds him as he lives on the UK dole and now he's advocating a military coup to implement Sharia in the UK.

“Seriously ... I don’t think I need to leave Britain; I think that we can live here and propagate Islam and one day we will implement the sharia here.” He is vague about the time frame but more specific about the method. “Public awareness and possibly a military coup,” he says.

There's more - he threatens violence in the streets ala Srebrenica:

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star Sunday, East London-based Choudary, 42, said: “The Government’s decision to ban Islam4UK is a very dangerous one as it will only increase the potential for some very nasty conflict. You only have to look at what happened between Bosnia and Serbia at Srebrenica. There could be a bloodbath on the streets."

“I don’t think the British people want that but, when you start to suppress ideological movements, you push them underground and there is more chance of conflict. The Government has created a tinderbox situation by banning us. We were the ones calming things down.” (Ed. Note: That's a joke. He's come a long way from his beer swilling, pot smoking, porn ogling days, hasn't he.)

UK: Muslim protestors get day in court. And special treatment galore.

The a-holes refused to stand for the judge and the judge 'compromised' by allowing them to enter the court after her. To add insult to injury, they were given an extra 20 minutes on their lunch break to go pray at a nearby mosque. A special 'quiet room' has also been set up in the court house to allow them to pray during the rest of the trial.

Dear God, what on earth are they thinking over there in the UK?

Seven Muslim protesters accused of screaming insults at soldiers during an Iraq homecoming parade refused to stand for a judge yesterday.

The men are alleged to have shouted 'murderers', 'rapists', 'terrorists' and 'baby killers' while waving placards at the 2nd Battalion Royal Anglian Regiment marching through Luton.

At the town's magistrates' court, they denied using threatening, abusive, insulting words and behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm and distress to others.

The defendants were given an extra 20 minutes on top of their lunch break to go to pray at a mosque a few minutes' walk away.

A separate 'quiet' room has been set aside for their regular prayer intervals for the rest of the week. The seven accused men are Munin Abdul, 28, Jalal Ahmed, 21, Jabair Ahmed, 19, Yousaf Bashir, 29, Shajjadar Choudhury, 31, Ziaur Rahman, 32, and white Muslim Ibrahim Anderson, 32, all from Luton.

They are alleged to have chanted: 'British army murderers', 'British soldiers burn in hell' and 'Baby killers shame on you'.

Anjem Choudary investigated by police over mujahideen fundraising

Anjem Choudary, whose supporters hurled abuse at soldiers from the Royal Anglian regiment returning from Afghanistan last week, can be heard on a website calling for other Muslims not to save money for their families but to give it to "mujahideen" - holy warriors - instead.

The term is usually used to refer to fighters "defending Muslim lands" such as Afghanistan and Iraq, who are prepared to die as martyrs.

Omar Bakri's New Islamic Group in Britain

Britsh Labour MP Andrew is bringing attention to a new islamic group in Britain, Islam4uk. One of the group's founders is islamic hate preacher Omar Bakri Mohammed. This is the same guy who threatened PaulMcCartney, and who called for a 9/11 terrorist attack in Britain. Omar Bakri was expelled from Britain after the 7/7 terror attacks.Telegraph

The web-based group, Islam4uk, planned the event - entitled Muslim Youth: The Spark of the Fire - to take place in east London tonight.

Among its founders are the radical preacher Omar Bakri Mohammed - who is living in exile in Lebanon - and former solicitor Anjem Choudary, who both played a part in Al Muhajiroun.

Labour MP Andrew Dismore, who called for the prohibition of Al Muhajiroun 10 years ago, said: "The trouble is they just keep re-inventing themselves.

"They are using the internet and Bakri can preach from the web from across the world without fear of being put under a control order or prosecuted."

Referring to the youth conference, Mr Dismore said: "They always target children, that is why the Government has to be vigilant and keep on top of this - we have got to keep bringing them in."
