If their ever was a reason to brutally as possible execute a man , we have a couple of winners here ,
First up the POS Pedophile 23 year old , who violently and repeatedly raped his unwilling wife of 13 years old , when you read the description of what this waste of a human being did to this girl you will be sickened that this kind of shit goes on in the world .
Second , the girls brother , another useless POS , in a trade , traded his sister for the sister of this first moron , all to save a buck .
Yemen is a country that because of these kind of laws that allow this to happen and a Religion that encourages it , should be wiped off the face of the Earth , from start to finish this story is bad , even this girls mother knew of and allowed this to happen .(Not that she had much choice , we are talking about Islam )
Read the whole article at the link , but a warning it is graphic and it is a brutal description of a young girls death !
Foxnews
SHUEBA, Yemen (AP) — A 13-year-old Yemeni child bride who bled to death shortly after marriage was tied down and forced to have sex by her husband, according to interviews with the child's mother, police and medical reports.
The girl's mother, Nijma Ahmed, 50, told the Associated Press that before her daughter lost consciousness, she said that her husband had tied her up and forced himself on her. "She looked like she was butchered," she said about her daughter's injuries.
Elham Assi, 13, bled to death hours after she spoke to her mother and just days after she was married to a 23-year-old man. She died on April 2 in the deeply poor Yemeni village of Shueba, some 200 kilometers northwest of the capital. Her husband, Abed al-Hikmi, is in police custody.
The practice of marrying young girls is widespread in Yemen where a quarter of all females marry before the age of 15, according to a 2009 report by the country's Ministry of Social Affairs. Traditional families prefer young brides because they are seen as more obedient and are expected to have more children.
Legislation to ban child brides has been stalled by opposition from religious leaders. There has been no government comment over the case.
The girl — one of eight siblings — was pushed into marriage after an agreement between her brother and her future-husband to marry each other's sisters to avoid having to pay expensive bride-prices — a common arrangement in Yemen, the poorest country in the Middle East.
According to police notes from the interrogation of the husband, he was upset because he could not consummate their relationship and felt under pressure to prove his manhood.
Assi's mother said she also tried to persuade her daughter to have sex with her husband so as not to shame the family.
Al-Hikmi took his young bride to a nearby medical clinic, asking a doctor there to administer her tranquilizers so she would not resist his advances. The clinic said it refused.
Al-Hikmi then obtained performance enhancing pills, according to the police interrogation, and that night completed the act while she screamed.

Child bride dies of internal bleeding in Yemen
Just another case of Pedophilia in a Muslim country , and Could you call this Murder ?
Islam allows Pedophilia everywhere it is , you can call it nothing else , As disgusting as it is , Little girls a married off to men way older than they are and abused beyond Belief , It is in the culture of Islam , Muslims are followers of Mohamed , The biggest pedophile of them all !
(Reuters) - A 13-year-old Yemeni girl died three days after marrying a man twice her age, due to internal bleeding following intercourse, a Yemeni human rights group and UNICEF said.
The girl's death comes amid ongoing debate on whether to set a minimum age for brides in Yemen, where human rights groups say one in every three girls is married before the age of 18.
Elham Mahdi Shoi died in the west of the Arab state earlier this month, said Sisters Arab Forum (SAF).
Sigrid Kaag, regional director for UNICEF, said in a statement that the United Nations child agency was "dismayed by the death of yet another child bride in Yemen."
"Elham is a martyr of abuse of children's lives in Yemen and a clear example of what is justified by the lack of limits on the age of marriage," SAF said in a statement.
The case of a nine-year-old Yemeni child bride, Nujood Ali, was thrust into the spotlight after it was reported by a Yemeni newspaper and a French journalist wrote her memoir, which was published in March.
In the harrowing memoir, Nujood tells how at age 9 she was forced to marry a man three times her age, raped and beaten, then made Yemeni history by getting a divorce two years ago.
As suggested in the memoir, child brides in Yemen are fueled by a combination of a lack of women's rights, economic hardships and a culture that deplores bringing families shame, making it difficult to speak out.

Saudis mulls marriage ban for girls under 18
I won't hold my breath for the Saudis to pass such a law. Even if they would I think it'd be superficial and that child marriages will be continued without punishment just like how slavery is practiced. Globe an Mail
RIYADH — Saudi Arabia may ban marriage for girls below 18, a government minister said after a case of an eight-year-old girl marrying a man more than 40 years her senior drew international criticism and embarrassed the kingdom.
“Among the options that are available and excluding the issue of puberty, is to ban marriage for [people] under 18,” Justice Minister Mohammed al-Eissa told Asharq al-Awsat newspaper.[...]
Saudi Arabia is a patriarchal society that applies an ascetic form of Sunni Islam which bans unrelated men and women from mixing and gives fathers the right to wed their sons and daughters to whomever they deem fit.
Many Saudi clerics, including the kingdom's chief cleric Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul-Aziz Al al-Sheikh, endorse the practice of marrying underage girls, arguing that in doing so they avoid spinsterhood or the temptation of engaging in relationships outside the wedlock.

Young Saudi girl's marriage ended
An eight year old girl who had been married off to a 50 year old had her marriage annulled in an out of court settlement. The girl's mother tried to have the marriage ended but Saudi courts rejected her case twice.
These kinds of cases are endemic to islam and we will continue to read about stories like these. Nothing has changed in Saudi Arabia. BBC
Media reports say an arranged marriage between a Saudi girl aged eight and a man in his 50s has been annulled, in a case attracting worldwide criticism.
The Saudi Gazette says the divorce was agreed in an out-of-court settlement after a judge rejected two attempts to grant the girl a divorce.[...]
The judge who first heard the case in the town of Unaiza refused to end the marriage at the request of the girl's mother , but he stipulated the groom could not have sex with the girl until she reached puberty.

Saudis 'to regulate' child marriage
Notice they want to 'regulate' marriages to 6 year olds and not ban the practice completely. Washington Post
RIYADH (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia plans to regulate the marriages of young girls, its justice minister was quoted as saying on Tuesday, after a court refused to nullify the marriage of an 8-year-old to a man 50 years her senior.
The justice ministry aims "to put an end to arbitrariness by parents and guardians in marrying off minor girls," Justice Minister Mohamed al-Issa told al-Watan newspaper, partially owned by members of the royal family.[...]
A court in the Saudi town of Unaiza upheld for the second time last week the marriage of the Saudi girl to a man who is about 50 years her senior, on condition he does not have sex with her until she reaches puberty.[...]
"For them this is allowed by Islamic Sharia law," lawyer Abdul-Rahman al-Lahem said.

Saudi judge refuses to annul marriage of girl, 8
You see, this is how islamic law complements human rights. By allowing little 8 year old girls to be married off to pay off debts. CNN (CNN) -- A Saudi judge recently refused to annul a marriage between an 8-year-old girl and a 47-year-old man -- a union apparently arranged by the girl's father to settle his debts -- a lawyer in the case told CNN.
Under islamic law girls reach puberty at the age of nine.
On Saturday, the judge, Sheikh Habib Abdallah al-Habib, dismissed a petition brought by the girl's mother because she "is not the legal guardian of the girl," the woman's lawyer Abdullah al-Jutaili said.
"Therefore, she cannot represent her daughter in these proceedings," al-Jutaili said.[...]
According to the lawyer, the girl's father arranged the marriage in order to settle his debts with the man, who is "a close friend" of his.
The judge did ask for a pledge from the husband, who was in court, not to consummate the marriage until the girl reaches puberty, according to al-Jutaili.

Saudi cleric says its OK to marry 10 year old girls
Where would he get that idea from? Could it be because muhammad, islam's perfect role model, married a 6 year old girl and consummated the marriage when the girl was 9? APRIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) — Saudi Arabia's most senior cleric was quoted Wednesday as saying it is permissible for 10-year-old girls to marry and those who think they're too young are doing the girls an injustice.
The mufti's comments showed the conservative clergy's opposition to a drive by Saudi rights groups, including government ones, to define the age of marriage and put an end to the phenomenon of child marriages.
"It is wrong to say it's not permitted to marry off girls who are 15 and younger," Sheik Abdul-Aziz Al Sheikh, the country's grand mufti, was quoted as saying.
"A female who is 10 or 12 is marriageable and those who think she's too young are wrong and are being unfair to her," he said during a Monday lecture, according to the pan-Arab Al-Hayat newspaper.

Any unwed girls must be married to taliban or else...
Over in talistan, the taliban have decreed that any girl of marriageable age, that would be 6 and up under islamic law, must be married off. The girls would in most probability be married off to taliban terrorist scum.
Savages...Digital JournalFamilies are being told by the Taliban that if they have girls who are not married but are of marriageable age, they will be married to militants.
The decree is being read in mosques and over the FM radio. Families of unwed women have been ordered to go to mosque and announce that they have daughters who are unwed "so that their hand could be given in marriage". They are being told that the most probably groom would be a Taliban militant. The people are also being told that if they do not get up and announce that that have an unwed daughter of marriageable age, the girl would be forcibly married off to said militants.

Indonesian cleric 'to marry seven-year-old girl'
"It is not a problem under Islamic law,"
This cleric is merely following the actions of islam's prophet Mohammad, Volume 5, Book 58, Number 234. Mohammad, married Aisha when she was 6 years old and consummated the marriage when she was nine. The AustralianINDONESIAN police are investigating a wealthy Muslim cleric who married a 12-year-old girl and is reportedly planning to wed others aged seven and nine, a spokesman said today.
....
Pujiono Cahyo Widiyanto, a 43-year-old businessman and cleric from the Central Java city of Semarang, has courted nationwide controversy over his decision to marry the girl, who comes from a poor family.
Mr Widiyanto has defended the marriage, which is his second, saying the girl had already reached puberty.Mr Widiyanto has been backed by some high-profile Muslim figures, including Hilman Rosyad Syihab, the deputy head of the Islam-based Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), according to the Detikcom online news service.
Islam allows for marriage regardless of whether a girl has reached sexual maturity, Mr Syihab was quoted as saying.
"It is not a problem under Islamic law," Mr Syihab said.
Detikcom also said Mr Widiyanto is planning to marry two more girls aged seven and nine.

Moroccan Cleric Says it's Ok to Marry off 9 Year Old Girls
A Moroccan cleric has stated that it is permissible to marry off 9 year old girls. Gee, I wonder where he got that idea...Volume 7, Book 62, Number 64:
Narrated 'Aisha:This has raised some controversy in Morocco and a few people are actually standing up against child marriages. Business Intelligence
that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).
....
MOROCCO. A Moroccan cheikh has said parents may marry off their underage girls. Human rights and children's advocacy organisations, and many Moroccans, have denounced the fatwa, saying it "endorses rape".
Moroccan Cheikh Mohammed Maghraoui has caused indignation among rights groups and citizens who denounce his recent fatwa authorising the marriage of nine-year-old girls.[...]
Opponents to Cheikh Mohammed Maghraoui's fatwa say the marriage of nine-year-old girls is a violation of human rights in general, and children's rights in particular.
Maghraoui said that at the age of nine, girls are capable of marriage, just like Aisha was when the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) married her.
Good to see that some people are standing up against the fatwa.
Cheikh Maghraoui's fatwa was issued in response to a question on whether a woman can get married before reaching the age of menstruation. In his answer, El Maghraoui said that marriage was not linked to menstruation. According to El Maghraoui's website, the fatwa had received 1,642 reads as of 9 September – more than other fatwas on the site – after it was picked up by several local newspapers.
Attorney Mourad Bakouri told the press on Thursday that he filed a lawsuit against Maghraoui for calling for the abuse of minors.
"I have lodged a complaint against this infringement upon the Family Code, the rights of children and the risk of rape," said the lawyer.

8 Year Old Files for Divorce
Child-protection groups say children are often given away in return for hefty dowries, or as a result of old customs...Yes...old customs. Wonder where those old customs came from. Maybe it has something to do with this ... Volume 5, Book 58, Number 234Unexpectedly Allah's Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age. BBC
A court in Saudi Arabia is reported to be preparing to hear a plea for divorce from an eight-year-old girl who has been married off to a man in his 50s.
The Saudi newspaper al-Watan said the girl had been married off to the man by her father without her knowledge.
The child's mother is thought to be pushing for the marriage to be annulled - though the father opposes the move.

Activists Want to Stop Child Marriages in Saudi Arabia
For example, a father can marry off a 1-year-old girl as long as sex is delayed until she reaches puberty, said one marriage official, Ahmad al-Muabi Where would the Saudis get such an idea?Fox News
....
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — An 11-year-old boy gave out invitations to his classmates for a big event his family was planning this summer — and it wasn't his birthday party.
It was his wedding to a 10-year-old cousin.
Muhammad al-Rashidi's marriage was eventually put on hold, his father said, after pressure from the governor of the northern province of Hail, who considered the elementary school student too young to marry.Saudi Arabia is already rocked by a high divorce rate that has jumped from 25 percent to 60 percent over the past 20 years, according to Noura al-Shamlan, head of the research department at the Center of University Studies for Girls.
[...]
But there are other marriages involving children that have gone ahead.
One involved a 15-year-old girl whose father, Muhammad Ali al-Zahrani, a death-row inmate, married her off to a cell mate who also was sentenced to death. The father's sentence was carried out July 21, when he was beheaded for killing another man.
Pictures of the wedding, held in the prison in Taif for the men, appeared in several newspapers. Media reports said inmates recited poems and delivered speeches in the presence of prison officials. The teenage bride and other women, as is the custom here, held a separate reception outside the jail.
The groom, Awad al-Harbi, and his bride were allowed to spend two nights together in a special prison quarters after the wedding, according to Al-Watan. Al-Harbi told another newspaper, Al-Madina, recently that his wife was pregnant.
There are no laws in Saudi Arabia defining the minimum age for marriage. Though a woman's consent is legally required, some marriage officials do not seek it. For example, a father can marry off a 1-year-old girl as long as sex is delayed until she reaches puberty, said one marriage official, Ahmad al-Muabi.
