According to the DrudgeReport, the anti-semitic Helen Thomas will announce her retirement shortly. Probably to save the White House from actually revoking her White House press credentials.
Robert Gibbs has stated that her "remarks are offensive and reprehensible." but continued to say that she had rightly apologized for them. I'm sorry but, I think the her credentials should have been taken away immediately. There is no room for those kind of remarks coming from anyone let alone a White House press correspondent.

Saed Elshari, al-Qaeda's number two in the Arabian Peninsula, has called for attacks against US interests "everywhere".
The messsage was contained in an audio tape released on Monday and posted on a website often used by Islamist groups.
Elshari also congratulated Osama bin Laden, al-Qaeda's leader, over the apparent attempted bombing on a US plane on Christmas Day.
"American and Crusader interests are everywhere and their agents are moving everywhere," Elshari said.
"Attack them and eliminate as many enemies as you can."
Elshari added: "I swear to God, we will open up for them doors of hell on the ground, which will be the key to our victory, where we will cut the tails of the crusaders; destroy the dreams of crusade and ruin the desires of the Jews in the region."

Jews back Muslims on minaret ban
What ? Da Joooos Are Backing the Muslims in their quest to overturn the 57 percent majority vote to Ban The Minarets ?
Oh ! Only because if it sticks , the ban could be utilized in other ways to help and support bans Against Synagogues , and Churchs !
Did anyone tell the Jews that their is a large percentage of Muslims and Muslim countries that would like to see them Wiped off the Face of the Earth ?
Citing religious discrimination, a diverse coalition of Jewish organizations is objecting to Switzerland's ban of minarets on local mosques.
Swiss voters this week approved by a strong majority a referendum outlawing the construction of minarets. The measure, pushed by the right-wing Swiss People's Party (SVP), was supported by 57 percent of the population.
However, Jewish organizations, realizing that a crackdown on Islam could have repercussions for Jews as well, have come to the defense of Muslim worshipers, arguing that the Swiss's move was unjustifiable.
Rabbi Pinchas Dunner, executive director of the Conference of European Rabbis, an Orthodox organization, said "a war on religious freedom cannot defeat Islamic extremists. The best weapon against radical Islam is support for moderate elements in the Muslim community and promoting interfaith dialogue.

A photograph of the Iranian president holding up his identity card during elections in March 2008 clearly shows his family has Jewish roots.
A close-up of the document reveals he was previously known as Sabourjian – a Jewish name meaning cloth weaver.
The short note scrawled on the card suggests his family changed its name to Ahmadinejad when they converted to embrace Islam after his birth.
The Sabourjians traditionally hail from Aradan, Mr Ahmadinejad's birthplace, and the name derives from "weaver of the Sabour", the name for the Jewish Tallit shawl in Persia. The name is even on the list of reserved names for Iranian Jews compiled by Iran's Ministry of the Interior.

An update to this story. It seems that the armed gang that occupied and desecrated a synagogue in Venezuela in February was really after a hard drive which contains the names, addresses, of almost every Jewish family in Venezuela. Israel Matzav has more.

I doubt the court will order the death penalty, in fact I bet the court will just give Abdul Aziz yahya al-Abdi a slap on the wrist. AFPAMRAN, Yemen (AFP) — The prosecution demanded the death sentence on Monday for a Yemeni Muslim who has boasted of killing a Jewish compatriot north of the capital Sanaa late last year.

The court set March 2 as the date for its verdict against Abdul Aziz Yahya al-Abdi, 39, who admitted in December to shooting dead Masha Yaeish al-Nahari in the town of Raydah in Amran province.
Abdi, peering from the dock into the court through an iron gate, showed no remorse for his actions and repeatedly interrupted the prosecutor during the hearing to renew his confession.
The former air force pilot has repeatedly said he carried out the murder after warning Yemeni Jews that he would kill them unless they converted to Islam.
"I told them in a letter that they should either convert to Islam or leave Yemen, or I would kill them," he said at an earlier hearing.

Ever since Chavez started cozying up to Iran's Imanutjob, Venezuela's Jews have been exposed to increasing danger.
Hizbollah agents are operating inside Venezuela and have been targeting Jewish businessmen for kidnappings. In fact back in September, Israeli security forces foiled two kidnapping attempts by Hizbollah inside Venezuela.
During the recent Gaza conflict, Venezuela expelled the Israeli ambassador while Turkey was holding a suspicious Iranian shipment to Venezuela.
From BBCAn armed gang has ransacked the oldest Jewish synagogue in the Venezuelan capital Caracas after occupying the building for several hours.
About 15 unidentified men broke into the building before daubing graffiti on the walls and desecrating scriptures.
They also called for Jewish people to be expelled from the country. [...]
Elias Farache, president of Venezuela's Jewish Association, said the gang had tied and gagged security guards before destroying offices and the place where holy books were kept.
Anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli slogans were painted on the walls.

Killer of Jew says Yemeni minority should convert to Islam
The killer of a Jewish person in Yemen stated he wrote an open letter to all Jews in Yemen warning them to convert to islam or he would kill them. His lawyers are contending that he is mentally disturbed.
You have to be mentally disturbed to follow islam. AFPAMRAN, Yemen (AFP) — A Yemeni confessed on Monday to killing a Jew, saying in court that he had warned that the minority should convert to Islam or leave the country, but his lawyers said he was mentally disturbed.
"I killed the Jew," Abdul Aziz Yahya al-Abdi, 39, screamed from the dock, referring to Masha Yaeish al-Nahari, whom he shot dead over a week ago in the town of Raydah, in the northern province of Amran.
"I have told them in a letter that they should either convert to Islam or leave Yemen, or I would kill them," he said, speaking of the minority of a few hundred Jews who continue to live in the Arabian peninsula country.
