Well it is about time Somebody in charge Takes interest in this situation .
Why is all the ethnic violence in the world DIRECTLY related to Muslims ?
BBC
Kyrgyzstan interim leader Roza Otunbayeva has flown to Osh in the south of the country after the worst ethnic violence in two decades.
At least 191 people were killed in fighting between Kyrgyz and ethnic Uzbeks around Osh and Jalalabad.
About 400,000 people have been displaced by the unrest, with many Uzbeks fleeing into Uzbekistan.
The Red Cross (ICRC) has described the situation as an "immense crisis".
A government spokesperson said that Ms Otunbayeva would meet local leaders and visit hospitals during the trip.
"The aim of the visit is to acquaint herself with the situation and take necessary measures," the spokesperson told Reuters.
The unrest comes two months after the country's former president, Kurmanbek Bakiyev, was forced out of office in April.
Ms Otunbayeva's government has blamed the former leader for stoking the conflict.

U.S. says "good news" Kyrgyzstan to keep base deal
In the world of today , To get (Or Keep) what you want , you must first Grease a few Palms !
(Reuters) - The United States on Monday welcomed statements from Kyrgyzstan's interim government that it will abide by agreements covering a U.S. air base that supports military operations in Afghanistan.
Assistant Secretary of State Robert Blake said the assurances, given by interim leader Roza Otunbayeva to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Saturday, would allow the two countries to discuss arrangements for the Manas transit center, a hub for troop transfers and refueling.
"It is very good news that Ms. Otunbayeva said that they will continue to abide by those agreements and of course the United States is prepared to talk at any time with her and members of the provisional government about these arrangements," Blake told a news briefing.
He spoke before leaving for Kyrgyzstan for meetings with Otunbayeva and others. He will be the highest U.S. diplomat to go there since President Kurmanbek Bakiyev fled the capital and Otunbayeva claimed power after a crackdown on opposition protesters led to violence that killed at least 82 people.
Blake said the United States was not formally recognizing the self-proclaimed government, comprised of Bakiyev opponents, but did not consider it to have taken power in a coup and offered strong suggestions of support.
"My main goal will be to hear from the Kyrgyz administration about their assessment of the law and order situation, the steps that they plan to take during their six-month interim administration to organize democratic elections and a return to democracy, and how we might be able to help them to restore democracy and economic growth," Blake said.
Our Access routes for supplies for the troops are very Vital and well worth the Money to keep the troops stocked with what they need !
I just wonder how much Economic growth We had to Pony up again !

Kyrgyz U-turn on US base mooted
Kyrgystan President Bakiyev said that he is open for negotiating a deal with the US regarding use of their airbase. What this means is that if the US wants to continue to use Kyrgyzstan as a supply route to Afghanistan it better pony up more than Russia's $2.1 billion aid to Kyrgyzstan. BBCKyrgyzstan's president has told the BBC "the doors are not closed" concerning talks over the US airbase which is due to close.
The Manas base is critical to US and Nato operations in Afghanistan.
Kurmanbek Bakiyev said negotiations with Washington would have to take a different format, and cover new conditions of use.
His latest remarks, the first since announcing the closure last month, have yet to draw an American response.
President Bakiyev said the old agreement on the use of the base was no longer valid but Kyrgyzstan was open to negotiation.

U.S. secures Afghan supply route
Well Kinda-sorta ! Non Military items only ! it's a start , like the old saying goes " where there is a will there is a way " And the will of the U.S. Military is very strong !
....
DUSHANBE (Reuters) - Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will allow the transit by land of non-military NATO cargo to Afghanistan, a U.S. commander said on Friday, as Washington seeks alternative supply routes for its troops there.
Rear Admiral Mark Harnitchek of the U.S. Transportation Command said the United States planned to send 50 to 200 containers a week to Afghanistan through the two countries.
The announcement follows a decision by pro-Moscow Kyrgyzstan to close the only U.S. air base in Central Asia, accusing Washington of refusing to pay more rent for the base.
It sent a formal notice to the U.S. ambassador in the capital Bishkek on Friday, giving U.S. troops 180 days to leave.
Despite the eviction notice, the Pentagon said the United States still believed it could reach a deal with Kyrgyzstan to maintain the Manas base, a key hub for moving personnel and equipment into Afghanistan for U.S. and NATO forces.
"I continue to believe this is not a closed issue but that there remains potential to reopen this with the Kyrgyz and to reach a new agreement," U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said in Krakow, Poland, where NATO defense ministers were meeting.
Kyrgyzstan's decision removes one of the U.S. military's supply routes into Afghanistan as Washington prepares to send more troops to the country to fight a Taliban insurgency that is growing in strength there and in neighboring Pakistan.
The United States and its allies fly troops and supplies from bases in Europe and the Gulf and could increase this traffic to make up for the loss of Manas air base.

Kyrgyzstan Approves U.S. Air Base Closure, Threatening Afghan Supply Chain
After Russia's president Medved gives Kyrgyzstan $2.1 billion in aid. Kyrgyz's President said Kyrgyzstan is closing the airbase to the US because the US isn't paying enough for it's use. So it looks like President Obama might have to fork over more than $2.1 billion to continue using that airbase. Radio Free Europe(RFE/RL) -- Kyrgyzstan's parliament has approved a government order closing the Manas air base, used by the United States to transport supplies and troops to Afghanistan.
....
The air base is a key staging post for the reinforcement and supply of U.S. military forces in Afghanistan. Each month some 15,000 U.S. soldiers pass through it on the way to and from the conflict zone, along with 500 tons of supplies.
Its importance to the U.S. and NATO mission in Afghanistan has grown significantly in recent months, as Taliban insurgents have shown themselves capable of interrupting the main road supply route from Pakistan through the Khyber Pass to Afghanistan.
Now, after the February 19 vote in the Kyrgyz parliament, it looks as though the lease on Manas will be lost. According to reports, the United States will have 180 days to leave the base once President Kurmanbek Bakiev signs the bill and the government issues an eviction notice.
Bakiev has said that he wants the Manas base closed because the United States is not paying enough for its use.
