So like I said the Chinese Police will take care of this.
The Chinese Government blames the Uighers (Muslims)
Xinhaunet
KASHI, Xinjiang, July 31 (Xinhua) -- Four suspects were shot dead by police in the city of Kashi (or Kashgar) in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Sunday afternoon.
Four others were caught, while police are hunting for the rest four following an eruption of violence at 4:30 p.m., in which more than 10 pedestrians and police officers had been found injured.
Local sources have earlier said three people died from a blast at the scene, but witnesses said the victims were hacked to death by the rioters.
The incident happened after at least seven people were killed by rioters on Saturday night in the same city.
Two suspects hijacked a truck at 11:45 p.m. Saturday, stabbing the driver to death and ramming into pedestrians. The pair later jumped out of the truck and hacked bystanders.

Fresh Uighur clashes in China leave 11 dead
Ah the Chinese are having a hissy fit again, the Uighers (Muslims) are just not happy with the way things are, so they gonna change it.
Not to worry though, the all powerful Chinese Government will take care of anybody creating a problem on the streets.
The Independent
Police shot dead four people yesterday in the far north-west of China, bhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifringing to 11 the death toll in a weekend of violence in one of the country's most troubled ethnic regions.
The four died during clashes that injured more than 10 people in what the state-run Xinhua News Agency called "an eruption of violence" in Kashgar. On Saturday, seven people were killed and 22 injured in the same Silk Road city...
On Saturday night, two knife-wielding men hijacked a lorry in the city, killing the driver. They then reportedly rammed the vehicle into a crowd before getting out to attack people in the street. People who came under attack retaliated, and one of the suspects was killed and the other caught, an official said. The hijackers' identities and motive were unclear. Seven people, including the suspect, died and 22 were injured.

Blast kills seven in China's Xinjiang
Not just any Bicycle Bombing , A three wheeled Bike Bombing !
You got to make sure you get that bomb to the Intended target , so what better way ?
Them Muslims they are so crazy these days , What better way to prove that Islam Is the Religion of peace !
BBC
Seven people have been killed and 14 injured in a bomb blast in China's Xinjiang region.
The explosion happened in Aksu city in the west of the remote western region.
A local government spokeswoman, Hou Hanmin, said a Uighur man drove a three-wheeled vehicle carrying an explosive device into a crowd.
The man was arrested at the scene and investigations were ongoing, Ms Hou said.
The motive behind what appears to be a bomb blast in China's western Xinjiang region is not yet clear. But many will suspect it is linked to the region's ongoing ethnic tension.
There have not been many major incidents over recent months since last year's riots that left nearly 200 dead. But few people suspect the underlying ethnic problems have been solved.
A visitor to Xinjiang's capital, Urumqi, can instantly see the distrust between these two ethnic groups; they mostly live in separate areas.
Many of Xinjiang's mostly Muslim Uighurs complain that Han Chinese migrants are changing the nature of the region - as well as taking all the best jobs.
Xinjiang's governor, speaking on Thursday before the explosion was known about, was reported to have said that the government faced a long, fierce struggle against separatism.
"It was a three-wheeled vehicle, it has an explosive device on it," she told the BBC Chinese service.
"It exploded while the three-wheeled vehicle ran into the crowd at a street intersection,"

Three held in Norway 'al-Qaeda bomb plot'
Ms Kristiansen said the arrests had been brought forward because news of the probe was about to appear in the international media.
It's disgusting to hear that the Media everywhere are willing to disrupt an investigation into Al Qaida Operatives , just for a story !
The willingness to expose the systems in place that are there for the Security of the People , to keep them safe from Terrorists , to me is the same as working for the Enemy .
BBC
Three people have been arrested in connection with a plot to bomb targets in Norway, police in Oslo have said.
Two of the plotters were arrested in Norway and one in Germany, said the head of the Norwegian security police, Janne Kristiansen.
The men - a Uighur from China, an Iraqi and an Uzbek - are said to have ties to al-Qaeda and to be linked to bomb plots in the US and UK, Ms Kristiansen said.
The three, all Norwegian residents, had been under surveillance for a year.
US prosecutors say the Norwegian case is linked to foiled bomb plots in New York and the English city of Manchester.
"We believe this group has had links to people abroad who can be linked to al-Qaeda, and to people who are involved in investigations in other countries, among others the United States and Britain," Ms Kristiansen said.
She said one of the men was a Norwegian citizen, 39, a Muslim Uighur from China, who had lived in Norway since 1999.
Another was an Iraqi citizen, 37, who was granted Norwegian residency on humanitarian grounds.
The third man was an Uzbek national, 31, who was granted permanent residency in Norway on grounds of family reunification, Ms Kristiansen said.

Sweden jails Uighur Chinese man for spying
Add this to the list of reasons to distrust Muslims ( Along with the Chinese )
(Reuters) - Sweden has sentenced a Uighur man to a year and four months in prison for spying on a community of Uighur refugees and passing information to agents for the Chinese state, a court document showed Monday.
Babur Maihesuti, 62, was convicted for handing information about the health, travels and political leanings of other Uighurs to a journalist and diplomat who was, in fact, a Chinese intelligence officer, the document said.
Miahesuti had infiltrated a political body for Uighurs in exile -- the World Uighur Congress -- and would secretly pass information to his contact with the help of a special system for dialing telephones, the document said.
"The crime is especially serious because the intelligence served a superpower which does not have full respect for human rights and was given resources to pursue its policies," the document said.
Uighurs are a Turkic-speaking Muslim people, many of whom chafe at Chinese controls on their religion and culture.
Swedish secret police gathered evidence against Miahesuti mainly through telephone taps and secret interviews of Uighur witnesses both inside Sweden and abroad.
Alert on more Xinjiang attacks
A population of Muslims Just can't sit still and blend in with the society that they are living in .
It seems that everywhere there is a society full of Muslims there is nothing but grief and Mayhem !
straits times
BEIJING - CHINA says it expects new attacks by separatists seeking independence for the traditionally Turkic Muslim region of Xinjiang after deadly ethnic violence there last year.
Despite massive pressure from security forces, separatists will continue to refine their methods and seek opportunities, the region's governor, Mr Nur Bekri, told reporters yesterday.
'They will not easily accept failure. They will step up their separate attempts and change their ways and means to make new trouble for us,' Mr Bekri said.
Speaking at a rare news conference on the sidelines of the national legislative session in Beijing, Mr Bekri repeated China's claims that deadly July riots in Xinjiang's capital, Urumqi, were orchestrated by overseas activists for the rights of Uighurs, Xinjiang's majority ethnic group.
China has provided little direct evidence to back up the accusation, and those activists have denied involvement in the violence, saying they believe in a peaceful struggle for greater Uighur rights.
Nearly 200 people were killed and 1,600 wounded in the riots, according to the government, in the worst ethnic unrest in China in decades.

Cambodia to deport Uighurs despite persecution fears
As much as everyone does not like it , China has it's laws and rules .
you take your chance when you decide to break them !
PHNOM PENH (Reuters) - Cambodia plans to deport at least 20 Muslim Uighurs who fled China after deadly ethnic violence this year, a government official said on Saturday, despite concerns they will face persecution by Beijing.
The Uighurs, a Turkic Muslim ethnic group involved in rioting in western China that killed nearly 200 people in July, were smuggled into Cambodia in recent weeks and applied for asylum at the United Nations refugee agency office in Phnom Penh.
"The Cambodian government is implementing its immigration law. They came to Cambodia illegally without any passports or visas, so we consider them illegal immigrants," said Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesman Koy Kuong.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry had no immediate comment in response to the announcement, an official in Beijing said.
Human rights groups say they fear for the lives of the Uighurs if they are deported to China.
"Cambodia will be sending these Uighurs to a terrible fate,
possible execution and likely torture," said Amy Reger, a researcher at the Washington-based Uighur American Association.
She cited the case of Shaheer Ali, a Uighur political activist who fled to Nepal in 2000 and was granted refugee status by the United Nations. He was forcibly returned to China from Nepal in 2002 and executed a year later according to state media.

Uighurs flee China, seek asylum in Cambodia
This is what happens when you have a country that is Intolerant of an Intolerant people !
The Uighurs , A Muslim people , have started so much Strife in Xianxang China that they have been seriously cracked down on by their Communist controllers !
Fleeing China to find another country to live in , that will tolerate such B.S. as, Murder , Rioting , Civil unrest and a blatant issue of just NOT fitting in , Is going to be the Uighurs , only chance .
Their choice , sneak out of China , Or Blend in with society !
Obviously ,For these Muslims , Blending in is out of the Question .
BEIJING (Reuters) - A group of Uighurs who have fled China are seeking asylum through the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, an overseas activist group said, adding that other would-be refugees had been captured while fleeing China after ethnic riots in their homeland in July.
Two of the 22 Uighurs who sought asylum through the UNHCR offices in Phnom Penh say they witnessed security forces killing and beating Uighur demonstrators in the far western city of Urumqi on July 5, the Uighur American Association said.
On that day, demonstrations in Urumqi by Uighurs protesting fatal attacks on Uighur workers in South China turned into a violent rampage in which 197 people, mostly Han Chinese, died. Han Chinese crowds launched revenge attacks against Uighur neighborhoods two days later.
On Friday, a court in Urumqi condemned to death a Uighur man and woman on charges of murder during the July 5 riot, as well as a Han Chinese man for killing three people during the counter-attacks two days later, bringing to 17 the number of people sentenced to death after the riots.
Uighurs are a Muslim, Turkic speaking ethnic group native to Xinjiang, many of whom chafe under Chinese rule.
In addition to the 22 Uighurs who made it to Phnom Penh, the exile group said two others were stopped by police when trying to cross from Vietnam to Cambodia. It said 31 Uighurs were detained in central and southern China for trying to flee or helping others to do so, while another five who tried to enter Vietnam in October are unaccounted for.
Refugees who flee China face a dangerous crossing over the mountainous borders, and risk repatriation while they are still in neighboring countries.
In October an ethnic Mongolian school principal, Batzangaa, was abruptly brought back to China by Chinese police while he and his family were appealing the UNHCR's initial rejection of their refugee application in Ulan Bator. He is still in detention.
Canadian diplomats have been unable despite repeated protests to get consular access to Huseyin Celil, a Uighur refugee with Canadian citizenship deported back to China while visiting relatives in Uzbekistan. He has been jailed in China since 2006.

China announces more death sentences for Xinjiang riot
Never a country to let you down when it comes to harsh justice ! China executes 5 more over the ethnic rioting in Xinjiang !
The one thing left out of this little article , The fact that the Separartists they are talking about , Are Muslims !
Not just any Muslims , Upity radical Muslims , the kind that think they can force their agenda (Sharia law? ) Down your throats , Because Allah say's so !
BEIJING (Reuters) - A Chinese court on Thursday handed out a further five death sentences to people convicted of murder and other crimes during ethnic rioting in the far western Xinjiang region in July in which almost 200 people died.
The official Xinhua news agency reported that a court in Urumqi, Xinjiang's regional capital, also jailed two defendants for life.
Last month, China executed nine people convicted of violent crimes in the ethnic unrest between Uighurs, a Turkic minority that calls Xinjiang its homeland, and majority Han Chinese.
In Xinjiang's worst ethnic violence in decades, Uighurs attacked Han Chinese in Urumqi, after taking to the streets to protest against attacks on Uighur workers at a factory in southern China in June that left two Uighurs dead.
Han Chinese in Urumqi sought revenge two days later.
The violence left 197 people, mostly Han Chinese, dead and more than 1,600 wounded, according to official figures.
Energy-rich Xinjiang, strategically located in central Asia, has been struck in recent years by bombings, attacks and riots blamed by Beijing on Uighur separatists demanding an independent "East Turkistan."
Many Uighurs resent government restrictions on their religion and culture and a massive influx of Han Chinese settlers that have in some areas reduced them to a minority in the region.
Rights groups and Uighur activists also say Beijing grossly exaggerates the threat from militants to justify harsh controls.

China launches "strike hard" crackdown in restive west
A strike hard Campaign ? Sounds pretty harsh , but we are talking about China .
I guess we can expect to see some more arrests , and convictions , with those convicted being sent to forced labor camps , And possibly another death sentence here or there !
China is a bitch when it comes to Cracking down on its people !
BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese forces have launched a "strike hard" security campaign in the restless far western region of Xinjiang, vowing to wipe out lawlessness and "change the face" of the public security situation there.
Xinjiang's regional capital Urumqi has been rocked by ethnic violence twice this year, in which a total of around 200 people died..
Now the regional government is demanding tough action to bring stability back to the region, Communist Party mouthpiece the People's Daily reported on Tuesday.
"From the start of November, public security bodies in Xinjiang will ... start a thorough 'strike hard and punish' campaign to further consolidate the fruits of maintaining stability and eliminate security dangers," it said.
Security forces would "root out places where criminals breed, and change the face of the public security situation in these areas," the report said.
The term "strike hard" harkens back to the 1980s, when Chinese police forces launched campaign-like sweeps intended to catch law-breakers. Pro-reform legal experts in China later criticized those campaigns for ignoring suspects' rights and setting targets for arrests that encouraged abuses.
The Xinjiang government's revival of the "strike hard" rhetoric appears to be another part of its effort to win back the support of residents of the region who claimed that Uighur law-breakers were not being punished.
Police will continue to look for suspects involved in the July riots, and "keep a close eye on clues and cases involving terrorism and explosions," the official Xinhua news agency said.

China announces more death sentences for Xinjiang riot
And this makes nine death sentences so far .
Supposedly those convicted are not getting a fair trial ? ( We are talking about china , are we not ? )
And that is only going to lead to more riots ! Seeing as how most of the death sentences have been handed to the Uighurs .
BEIJING (Reuters) - A Chinese court on Thursday handed out a further three death sentences to people convicted of violent crimes during ethnic rioting in far western Xinjiang region in July in which almost 200 people died.
The official Xinhua news agency reported that a court in Urumqi, Xinjiang's regional capital, also sentenced three defendants to suspended death sentences, which could be commuted to life sentences in two years.
At least two of those sentenced were Han Chinese. The others all appeared to be Uighurs, a Turkic ethnic group that calls Xinjiang its homeland, judging from their names.
Dilxat Raxit, a spokesman for the exiled World Uyghur Congress, said all the Uighurs who had stood trial so far had been denied a fair hearing, including the right to freely choose their defense lawyers.
"The Chinese judgments are only making the situation more tense," he said in an emailed statement.

Six sentenced to death over Xinjiang riot
And this is just the first round of trials .
....
URUMQI, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- Six men who were convicted of murder and other crimes in the July 5 riot in Xinjiang were sentenced Monday to death after a first-instance trial, and another man was jailed for life.
Abdukerim Abduwayit, Gheni Yusup, Abdulla Mettohti, Adil Rozi, Nureli Wuxiu'er, and Alim Metyusup were sentenced to death at the Intermediate People's Court in Urumqi.
Tayirejan Abulimit was given life imprisonment, a lesser punishment as he admitted charges of murder and robbery and helped the police capture Alim Metyusup.
All seven men had been convicted of murder, and some of them were also convicted of arson or robbery.
The seven were the first to be sentenced over the riot, which left 197 people dead and more than 1,600 injured in Urumqi, capital of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

China says 75 suspects held over far-west needle scare
Ethnic unrest , how nice !
Interesting how most of the "Ethnic Violence" around the world involve Muslims ?
....
BEIJING (Reuters) - Police have detained 75 suspects accused of joining in an wave of needle-stabbing attacks that authorities say have spread across ethnically-tense Xinjiang region in China's northwest, state radio reported on Tuesday.
Most detentions over the needle scare were concentrated in Urumqi, the regional capital, where Han Chinese residents rioted this month after accusing the government of failing to stamp out syringe attacks by Muslim Uighurs in late August.
The radio report said police had caught 75 suspects involved in 36 attacks. The region's top crime investigator, Huang Yabo, said 19 cases were in Urumqi and 13 in Hotan, also called Hetian, in southern Xinjiang, where Uighurs outnumber Han Chinese.
Huang said other cases occurred in mostly Uighur towns with a history of ethnic unrest...
On Saturday, a court in Urumqi announced jail sentences of up to 15 years against three stabbing suspects -- the first to appear before a judge over the scare.

Urumqi party chief sacked
Sacking the Communist party chief for Xinjaing would show weakness , That is why They sacked Li Zhi ! He will take a lot of the blame !
(Maybe those who are responsible for sacking this guy will also be sacked ?)
The Straits times....
BEIJING - THE ethnic unrest in the Xinjiang region has claimed its first senior official, but it was not the one that protesters wanted replaced.
Urumqi party chief Li Zhi, 59, was removed from his post, according to the official Xinhua news agency on Saturday. Demonstrators had been demanding the removal of the region's Communist Party chief Wang Lequan instead.
The announcement came during an uneasy calm in the regional capital after three days of protests sparked by a series of bizarre syringe attacks that state media said largely targeted Han Chinese residents.
Chinese media said on Saturday that out of the 25 suspects arrested for the offence, four Uighurs had been indicted for perpetrating such attacks.
A two-line dispatch from China's Xinhua news agency gave no official explanation for the removal of Mr Li, who has spent all of his three decades in politics in various positions in Xinjiang.
'Very few people had asked for Li Zhi to step down,' a Urumqi government official, who asked not to be named, told The Sunday Times. 'Most of the protesters were calling for Wang Lequan's head. Li Zhi is a scapegoat.'

China detains 15 for syringe attacks in Xinjiang
It is unclear if there is an ethnic dimension to the syringe attacks
Unclear ?
Just take a look at what has been going on in Xianjiang and it is pretty clear !
Minority Muslims , Fighting Majority Han ! Pretty simple !
BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese police in the far western region of Xinjiang have detained 15 people for stabbing attacks using syringes that have increased tension between ethnic groups in the region, media and visitors to the area said on Thursday.
State media did not say how many people had been stabbed. A doctor in the regional capital, Urumqi, said the number may be as high as 1,000, but he could not confirm that.
Nobody had been infected with anything or poisoned by the stabbings in Urumqi, the China Daily said on its website, citing the Xinhua news agency.
"According to eyewitness reports, on September 2 several hundred Urumqi citizens took to the streets to rebuke the despicable conduct of the violent perpetrators and call on the government to severely punish offenders," the pro-Beijing Hong Kong newspaper Wen Wei Po said in a report.
In Xinjiang's worst ethnic violence in decades, Uighurs, Turkic-speaking Muslim people native to the region, attacked majority Han Chinese in Urumqi on July 5, after taking to the streets to protest against attacks on Uighur workers at a factory in south China in June in which two Uighurs were killed.
Han Chinese in Urumqi sought revenge two days later.
It is unclear if there is an ethnic dimension to the syringe attacks.

Xinjiang riots pre-planned at 50 places: state media
And the Uighur's want to act like they are the ones that were picked on to begin with ? Maybe this is why so much of the Muslim Communities have kept so silent , the only ones that have really spoken up has been some medium level Al Qaida Clowns !
....
BEIJING (Reuters) - Ethnic rioting in China's far western region of Xinjiang was well planned and co-ordinated to take place at more than 50 locations across the regional capital Urumqi, the official People's Daily reported Sunday.
The account of the violence, in which 197 people were killed and more than 1,600 wounded, followed the official line that Xinjiang's worst ethnic unrest in decades was pre-meditated.
Xinjiang's governor, Nuer Baikeli, told a small group of media, including Reuters, late Saturday that the rioting was an attempt by exiled separatists to split Xinjiang from China....
Citing witnesses and footage from surveillance cameras, the People's Daily said that ringleaders had orchestrated the riots in more than 50 locations across Urumqi, including government offices and police stations, with rioters reportedly driven to some spots in groups.
In the days preceding the riots, the newspaper said there were "noticeably hot" sales of long knives, some of which were used in the attacks. Meanwhile the successful burning of vehicles suggested a "high possibility" such methods had been studied beforehand, it added, citing experts.
The presence of purported ringleaders dressed in similar clothing, including women in long black Islamic garb and black head scarves who issued "commands" to the rioters, was also noted by the People's Daily, the mouthpiece of the Communist Party.
"These kind of women were seen many times at different locations on surveillance cameras," the report said.

China says police shot dead 12 Uighurs this month
from everything that I have read about this , I am surprised that more were not killed ! ( including those on the Han side ) , As for China admitting to something , What a shock !
....
URUMQI, China (Reuters) - Chinese police shot dead 12 Uighur rioters in Xinjiang this month, regional governor Nuer Baikeli said on Saturday, in a rare government admission of deaths inflicted by security forces.
In Xinjiang's worst ethnic unrest in decades, Uighurs attacked majority Han Chinese in regional capital Urumqi on July 5 after taking to the streets to protest against an ethnic clash at a factory in south China in June which left two Uighurs dead.
The violence left 197 people dead and more than 1,600 wounded, mostly Han Chinese who launched revenge attacks in Urumqi days later. About 1,000 people, mostly Uighurs, have been detained in an ensuing government crackdown.
Asked to elaborate on the casualties, the governor said most of the victims sustained head wounds after they were bludgeoned with bricks and iron rods.
Police shot dead 12 armed Uighurs attacking civilians and ransacking shops after they ignored warning shots fired into the air, said Nuer Baikeli, a Uighur, a Turkic people who are largely Muslim and share linguistic and cultural bonds with Central Asia.
Of the 12, three were killed on the spot, while nine died either on their way to or after arriving at hospital.

Shot Uighurs called for holy war, says China
And the unrest continues ! This is going to boil for Awhile !
Chinas China news.net....
Three Uighurs shot by Chinese police in the far western city of Urumqi had tried to take over a prayer meeting and called for a jihad, or holy war, state media said Wednesday.
About 150 people were inside an unnamed mosque on Urumqi's Jiefang Road Monday afternoon when one of the three men tried to grab the microphone from the imam, the official China Daily reported.
The man was stopped but stood up several minutes later, unfurling a green banner, shouting 'jihad' and calling on other Uighurs in the mosque to follow him, the newspaper quoted the imam as saying.
The imam said he ended the prayer session early and ordered the eviction of the man from the mosque, the report said.
Security guards intervened when the man's two accomplices took out long knives and tried to force people to go with them.
As the melee spilled outside the mosque, the three men chased a security guard who was trying to shepherd people away, the guard was quoted as saying.
He said police stopped the group but were forced to shoot the three Uighurs after their warning shots failed to halt the attack on him.
Two of the Uighurs were shot dead and the third was injured, the local government said.
Earlier reports said the three Uighurs were trying to kill passersby near the Urumqi Women and Children's Hospital.
More than 180 people have died and at least 1,700 have been injured in rioting and ethnic clashes since July 5, with about two-thirds of the victims from the majority Han Chinese ethnic group, according to government reports.
Uighur exile groups claim that up to 800 people have died in the violence, many of them Uighurs shot or beaten to death by police.
Of course they do !

Renewed violence in west China
China is going to have a big problem on their hands here, sooner or later.
I will bet on a large scale Smackdown of unruly Muslims, larger than the one in Tibet! As soon as the Olympics are over and all the press have gone home.
BBC
....
Three security staff have been stabbed to death in China's Xinjiang region, the third attack there in eight days.
Assailants killed the men at a checkpoint near the city of Kashgar, Chinese state media said.
Sixteen police officers were killed in an attack in Kashgar earlier this month, but state media said there was no evidence linking the two attacks.
Xinjiang is home to many Muslim Uighurs, some of whom want independence in the region they call East Turkestan.
There has been a rise in violent incidents in Xinjiang in recent months, which China has blamed on separatists seeking to disrupt the Olympic Games.
Suspected Muslim separatists also launched a series of bomb attacks in Kuqa, in southern Xinjiang, on Sunday, which left 11 dead.
Arrest report
Tuesday's attack happened at a checkpoint about 30 km (18 miles) from the border city of Kashgar.
Attackers - it is not clear how many - jumped out of a passing vehicle and stabbed the men to death. Three men died and a fourth was injured, Xinhua news agency said.
News of the attack emerged hours after Chinese state media announced that the situation in Kuqa, scene of Sunday's attacks, had returned to normal.
Police tape seals off the scene of one of the attacks in Kuqa on 10 August 2008
Early on Sunday, a string of explosions took place in supermarkets, hotels and government buildings across the city.
One security guard died, two attackers blew themselves up and eight were shot by police,Xinhua said.
A Uighur activist has accused Chinese authorities of arresting dozens of people in the wake of the blasts.
Dilxat Raxit, of the pro-independence World Uighur Congress, said more than 90 people had been arrested in Kuqa, as well as others in nearby counties.
Local people had heard the sound of detainees being beaten and tortured, he said in a statement.
He urged the international community to put pressure on China to end "inhumane crimes against ethnic Uighurs".
But the Kuqa local government said that Mr Raxit's allegations were untrue.
Xinjiang is home to more than eight million Uighurs.
China says it is bringing development and prosperity to the region, but activists accuse Beijing of suppressing traditional Uighur culture and religion.
