Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert finally repsonds after over 30 rockets fired into Israel since Friday.
Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has vowed to pursue anyone responsible for cross-border attacks, after a young boy lost a leg in a rocket attack from Gaza into southern Israel.
Mr. Olmert told Cabinet members Sunday that Israel will continue to target what he called terror operatives, their handlers, and those who send them.
Israeli medical sources say the boy was wounded Saturday when a rocket landed in the southern Israeli town of Sderot - a target of persistent rocket fire by Gaza-based Palestinian militants. The boy's teenage brother was also hurt.
After the incident, Palestinian sources reported that Israel launched a series of air strikes against targets in the Gaza Strip, killing a Hamas militant and wounding three other people
