China Accuses US of Human Rights Violations

HAHAHAHA, China one of the worst violators of human rights accuses the US of violating human rights. You can't make this stuff up, seriously. Ottawa Citizen

On another note, I can't believe China will be hosting the Olympics this summer. I for one will not watch the Olympics. Beside most of the Chinese athletes will be hopped up on roids like Barry Bonds.

SHANGHAI - In what has become an annual bout of tit-for-tat diplomacy, China released Thursday a lengthy report alleging a raft of human rights abuses in and by the United States.

The paper meticulously documents a rise in violent crime in the U.S. and increases in prisoner abuse, racial discrimination and child poverty, plus a myriad other human rights violations allegedly committed by Americans in the execution of both the Iraq war and the war on terrorism.

It is Beijing's response to The U.S. Country Report on Human Rights Practices in 2007, issued by the U.S. State Department Tuesday. The U.S. report unexpectedly dropped China from its Top-10 list of worst human rights abusers around the world, but by no means gave it a passing grade.
