Going to the Beijing Olympics? They'll Be Watching You

The US State Department just released a Beijing Olympic Fact Sheet for any US citizen who will be traveling to Beijing for the summer Olympics. In the fact sheet the US State Department warns that

All visitors should be aware that they have no reasonable expectation of privacy in public or private locations. All hotel rooms and offices are considered to be subject to on-site or remote technical monitoring at all times. Hotel rooms, residences and offices may be accessed at any time without the occupant’s consent or knowledge.

this will be the first time I have not watched the olympics since I was about 10 or so , well worth it though!
