Three severed heads found in ice chest outside Juárez

Three severed heads inside an ice chest were found Tuesday morning in the plaza in the village of Guadalupe Distrito Bravos, situated east of Juárez, said Chihuahua state police.

The heads were of men who were not yet identified.

Tuesday evening, the body of a man without a head was found by authorities in a sewage canal.

The head of a police commander was found in an ice chest Sunday in a nearby village.

Meanwhile, the vigilante group Juárez Citizens Command issued a release to a Web site setting a deadline of July 5 for authorities to bring order to Juárez or it would start killing one criminal a day.
