Muslims riot in Athens over alledged quran incident

If muslims are so easily offended by the mere hint of insulting islam then why don't we see these kinds of riots against islamic terrorism?

In Greece, around 1500 Muslims took to the streets of the capital Athens on Thursday to demonstrate against the police. The protest was prompted by reports that a policeman tore up a copy of the Qur'an while checking the identity papers of four Syrian immigrants. Police used tear gas to disperse the crowd when unrest broke out.
