North Korea has tested a nuclear bomb this morning and just a few hours later it fired short range missiles. The tests which were unannounced shocked the world and President Obama said legal action is warrented against North Korea.
I don't think North Korea cares about any legal consequence of nuclearr test. Reuters
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama said on Monday that nuclear and missile tests conducted by North Korea were a "grave concern to all nations" and a legal violation that warranted action by the international community.No, North Korea is directly and recklessly challenging you Mr. President.
"North Korea's attempts to develop nuclear weapons, as well as its ballistic missile program, constitute a threat to international peace and security," Obama said in a statement after Pyongyang conducted a nuclear test and reportedly fired a short-range missile.[...]

Spot on Kyros , Seeing that The U.S is the Main supplier of aid throughout the world , This would be what little Kimmie wants ! and the nuke test is his way of trying to get it !
And they need to quit saying "Trying to develop Nuclear weapons "
I think it is safe to say they have developed them ! How about trying to perfect nuclear weapons ! this one was 20 times more powerful than the first one , Russia said about the size of the Hiroshima blast !
