In a related development, the militants who pulled out from a peace deal with the government on Monday have slapped a ban on the assembly of five or more persons, formation of peace committees, and have told tribesmen to refrain from going to the political administration offices or seeking employment in government departments or the Khasadar force.

Mujahideen distributed pamphlets in parts of the embattled tribal region on Tuesday, strictly warning the people to abide by the directives otherwise they would be killed in targeted attacks and suicide bombings.

‘Nobody is allowed to visit offices of the political administration for seeking job or any other purpose. If any person is found in violation of the order he will face consequences,’ said a pamphlets distributed in Mirali town. Khasaddars have been asked to abandon their jobs.
