Cynthia Diaz, who witnessed the crash, said Noor Almaleki was unconscious and bleeding from the nose; however, Khalaf was able to communicate.
"I asked her specifically, 'Do you know who did this?'" Diaz said to CBS Affiliate KPHO. "She said yes and she gave a name."

About Amal Edan Khalaf and her relationship to Noor:
Noor Almaleki lives with her boyfriend and Khalaf, the boyfriend's mother, in Surprise. Police were withholding the name of the boyfriend, as well as the address of the victims and the hospital where they are being treated.
