PESHAWAR: Two suspected US missile strikes killed at least four people in the North Waziristan tribal region on Wednesday, intelligence officials said.

The officials said the first strike occurred early Wednesday morning when a drone fired a missile at a house in the Spin Wam area of the North Waziristan tribal region, killing two people.

They said the second attack took place in the early afternoon when a drone fired a missile at a vehicle in the Dattakhel area of North Waziristan, killing three suspected militants.
