Manning Defense Focuses on Female Alter-Ego and Erratic Behavior

Gender Identity? His Alter ego is named Breanna?

What does any of this have to do with the fact that he had access to files in the military and copied them to a disc, all while knowing that he was not supposed to because he signed a non-disclosure agreement.

What a Little Bitch !

ABCnews
Bradley Manning's defense team breezed through testimony from the only two witnesses they called today, setting the stage for closing arguments tomorrow that will likely focus on Manning's female alter-ego, Breanna, his violent erratic behavior and the leadership failures within Manning's unit.

Manning did not testify or provide a written statement on his own behalf, as part of the Article 32 pre-trial hearing that will determine whether Manning's case will be recommended for a court martial.

From the start of the six-day hearing, defense attorneys consistently raised the issue of his gender-identity disorder.

Clinton aide quits over Manning's treatment

Nice one CNN, P.J. Crowley did not quit over Bitch boy Mannings treatment, He quit because of his stupid Mouth !
Manning has at times had to sleep in his panties because he has been Suicidal! They
Don't want him to hang himself or something like that.

It is like a standard operating procedure for inmates on suicide watch!

You know they used to say if you cant do the Time, Don't do the crime!

P.J. Crowley should at least understand this, but seeing as how he does not have a problem with people committing Treason, and thinks they should be treated as a hero instead, He now has no job!

Washington (CNN) -- P.J. Crowley abruptly resigned Sunday as State Department spokesman over controversial comments he made about the Bradley Manning case.

Sources close to the matter said the resignation, first reported by CNN, came under pressure from the White House, where officials were furious about his suggestion that the Obama administration is mistreating Manning, the Army private who is being held in solitary confinement in Quantico, Virginia, under suspicion that he leaked highly classified State Department cables to the website WikiLeaks.

Speaking to a small group at MIT last week, Crowley was asked about allegations that Manning is being tortured and kicked up a firestorm by answering that what is being done to Manning by Defense Department officials "is ridiculous and counterproductive and stupid."

Crowley did add that "nonetheless, Bradley Manning is in the right place" because of his alleged crimes, according to a blog post by BBC reporter Philippa Thomas, who was present at Crowley's talk.

"The unauthorized disclosure of classified information is a serious crime under U.S. law," Crowley said in a statement Sunday. "My recent comments regarding the conditions of the pre-trial detention of Private First Class Bradley Manning were intended to highlight the broader, even strategic impact of discreet actions undertaken by national security agencies every day and their impact on our global standing and leadership.

WikiLeaks suspect Bradley Manning facing 22 fresh charges

34 charges for the little bitch who committed treason against the U.S..
Will they seek the death penalty, Hell no, they will probably drop most charges and tell him how we are sorry for what we have done.

Hopefully not, I would for once like to see someone treated the way they should be treated in a situation like this, like a POS, with no rights, he should be transported back and forth from his trial shackled and handcuffed(Maybe even a nice Ball gag for his piehole)then when his trial is over a nice Military firing squad.

Dailyindia.com
Washington, Mar 3(ANI): Bradley Manning, the prime suspect in the leaking of classified US documents to the WikiLeaks whistleblowing website, has been hit with an additional 22 charges, including aiding the enemy.

The US Army intelligence analyst initially faced 12 charges, including transferring classified military information to his computer and "delivering national defense information to an unauthorized source".

As part of 22 additional counts, Army prosecutors said he "wrongfully and wantonly" caused intelligence to be published on the Internet, with the knowledge that it would be "accessible to the enemy".

Aiding the enemy is a capital offense, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, but the military is not seeking the death penalty.

"The new charges more accurately reflect the broad scope of the crimes that Pvt. 1st Class Manning is accused of committing," Fox News quoted Captain John Haberland, a legal spokesman for the Military District of Washington, as saying.

The Army made the announcement of additional charges after seven months of investigation.
