The Turkish army reported that it killed 79 PKK rebels in it's incursion into northern Iraq.

Turkish forces and Kurdish rebels engaged in fresh clashes Saturday in northern Iraq, as Turkey's military continued its offensive to crack down on suspected rebel hideouts in the region.
Turkey's military says seven soldiers and at least 79 rebels have died since Turkey launched its ground operation late Thursday against the Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK.
The PKK says it has killed at least 20 Turkish soldiers.
