7 wounded outside Las Vegas mortuary

This is the crap that happens in other parts of the world.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A gunman opened fire on mourners outside a Las Vegas funeral home, wounding seven people before fleeing in a car, police said.

All the victims were hospitalized after Wednesday's shooting with injuries that were not life-threatening, according to police.

The suspect opened fire outside Palm Mortuary after a funeral just before 7 p.m.

Police spokesman Bill Cassell told the Las Vegas Sun that the shooter was mixing with mourners before he pulled out a gun and started firing.

Cassell said six adults and one juvenile were wounded. No names or ages were released.

Police are looking for the suspect, described as a Hispanic man wearing a red shirt, and investigating if the attack was gang related.

The funeral service was held for 21-year-old Andrews Armando Elena, who was stabbed to death on the Las Vegas Strip on June 25.
